You could try dawson pads. This guy has a few other videos of things that fit on the RIA hi caps.

This is a one size fist just about anything you can put in it. Get the long version to cover the front sight. It fits my 9mm tac great!

I've only heard people complain about the stiff lifter on the M3K. The one on my M3000 just moves out of the way.

I have the same exact model with a build date of Sept 2014. Mine did not come with a ramped 9mm barrel. I wish it did though. It looks like RIA is switching to the ramped barrels for all of their 1911s except for the 45. The older TCM models were also non ramped until recently. I highly suspect that RIA is switching to ramp barrels due to the high number of RIA 1911s experiencing feeding issues on mid caliber 1911s. There really isn't anything that bad, but I shoot at Peacemaker every month. Last years match had longer range. I guess if your normal club match only shoots out to 200yds you may have more trouble. Either way its a great match and lots of fun!

A good thing about loading that way is that your hand in no where near the trigger.

No need to really oil the charging handle. I just clean mine and then wipe it down with that cleaning rag that should really be washed but it has just the right amount of oil in it. The gas block really doesn't need cleaning. I have near 10k rounds through one of mine and have never done anything to the gas block

Whatever your chosen lube is will most likely be fine. AR bolts like to run wet, expecially when new. You know how to clean a firearm so I'm not going to insult you with any of that. The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is the openings on the gas rings (3) for the bolt should all be facing in different directions.

They will fix that for free. Just shoot them an email. Even on Sunday nights they get back to you in an hour or two. Even if you do get a different optic send it to them. You could even sell it if you dont like it.

Vortex has a second to none warranty. Whatever is wrong with it I'm sure they would fix for you.I've never used an US optics scope, but the Razor's glass is outstanding! There are a few others in the same category but the all cost $500+ more. Try going to the range, most gun guys don't mind showing off there stuff. You should be able to check out most of the popular optics

I'd say for the money you would spend on that optic you could get a vortex razor 1-6. Get yourself a 10% off coupon and ypur at the same price.

Its the double stack 9mm. I did have a problem with the mainspring housing and it is back a rock island.

They are both good shots. Maybe it was the lack of time with a new scope, or it could have been the wind. It was blowing around 15mph from right to left across the targets.

2 guys on my squad this weekend had these, and they both likd them. Only trouble they seemed to have was the long range stage, targets at 325, 350, 425 and 490. Neither of them got all four targets, both said the hash marks were off so hey have to go back and figure out were its hitting with their ammo. Other than that they loved them!
