i was wondering if anybody out there knows whether or not those slide stops with the wide shelf and guard are legal for limited/limited 10 competition. would this be an external "device to control or reduce recoil"?

i've shot two different 9mm LDA's. one was box stock other was heavily modified(sub 2 pound pull, bobbed hammer, beveled mag opening) capacity was something like 23 in a 140mm mag

has anyone out there tried the heavy (9.3 oz.) grips offered by brownell's? if so, noticable reduction in muzzle rise?

Thinking about purchasing an Para LDA(18.9). Would shooting a DA 1911-style gun actually help with SA trigger control?
