I know this is an old topic. I hope you are still working with kettlebells, I have been for about 5 years now and I love em. Lately I have been working a lot with Geoff Neuperts stuff but there are many different instructors out there who have good programs to follow. If you haven't already check out Enter the Kettlebell by Pavel that to me is the ultimate starting point. And try to get the heaviest kettlebell you can lift. Right now I am using double 32 kgs but I had to start at 16kg when I first got into it. It has done wonders for my grip strength and overall endurance and strength/power. Sorry no experience with PP and 40 but its worked great so far with my 10mm and makes a hell of a fireball. Very accurate out of my stock G20 and I do not load it up nuclear. I'm at the starting load which is 6.4 gr I believe without checking my notes and according to the stores manual I checked that is 950 fps. Good luck on your loads I'm sure some of the more experienced guys will chime in!

I took out the load and fired a few test rounds, the felt recoil was pretty light and the accuracy was pretty good at 10 yards, although power pistol was a lot better on accuracy. I am trying to get out this weekend and run it through a chrono and see how it does. Thanks.

Just saw this post. I am running titegroup with berry's 180 php in my G20 col is 1.260. I am running 5.4 gr of titegroup with CCI primers. Trying to work up a light IDPA load. Keep us informed how it works out for you.

I know titegroup is not popular with 10mm but I had some lying around so decided to use it. I found an IDPA load that seemed pretty good and was looking for some feedback. 5.4 gr 1.260 col I am using 180 gr berry's plated .401 with mixed brass. CCI 300 primers, out of a bone stock G20. If I am understanding correctly titegroup isn't good for upper end 10mm loads. So I guess I'm wondering how will it work for lower "gamer" rounds? Any feedback will be appreciated and BTW I do have power pistol so I am working up loads with that and I already know titegroup is not an ideal 10mm powder just looking to use what I have on hand.
