Mine did that too loading SMK 69gr. i think it was cause the softer jacket. i took my dremel and smoothed out the hard line on the seating insert then put 400 grit sandpaper rolled up in a drill and cleaned it up. then polished it. made it round and not a hard machined line. Harold

Looking for a Bolt carrier group to finish a 14.5 mid length build. would like to put a auto bolt in dont know much about coatings just used to the standard black one we use in the marine corps. any input would be awesome.
