  1. Where is everyone buying there targets at? Who has the best price per target?
  2. Ya I just talked to the people at pivothead yesterday and they don't know when or if they will restock the clear lenses for the durangos. I picked up a pair of there yellow lenses for 10 bucks shipped tho for shooting indoors as a alternative.
  3. Im pretty sure pivothead offers safety lenses for there new smart series.
  4. Was wondering if any one makes safety lenses for the Pivothead Durango's? If not has anyone modified a pair of safety glass lenses to fit?
  5. Why not make your own out of the standard springs?
  6. That is true but his are all on video https://www.youtube.com/user/JoeMustang99/videos?shelf_id=0&view=0&sort=dd
  7. Theres a guy on here that can do under 1 1/4in at 50 yards with the p07 and cz 75b from a rest so i would hope the shadow 2 can do atleast that.
  8. Lol thanks after i posted this i found that list but couldnt figure out how to delete the post.
  9. Was reading a old thread about it and was wondering if there was any version of the CZ CTS that made production legal?
  10. Ya i dont use any of the AFC mags for that reason tho im sure you could polish the inside of the trigger bar and/or the mag where it touchs. Hopefully the screw takes care of your issue tho and you dont have to worry about it.
  11. Some of the mec gar AFC mags can causing the trigger bar to drag on the side of the mag and cause issues like that.
  12. Replace the bushing with a 10x bushing from cajun gun works and if it doesnt fix your problem get a new barrel. At worst it cost you 70 bucks more and youll have the same accuracy with the 10x bushing as you will the accu bushing.
  13. Powder coat is pretty popular with the DIY casters but i dont know if any commercially sold bullets are powder coated.
  14. Any problem with shooting loctite out on the barrel? Put the compensator on my gun the other day and had other stuff to do right afterwards so I didn't have time to give it a good look over and now I see there's some loctite that ran into the end of the barrel. Most of it came out with a acetone patch but there is some white looking stuff still in there. Anyone see a problem with just shooting it out? shouldn't hurt anything in my mind problem just over thinking it and don't fell like tearing it back off and torching the barrel if I don't have to. Thanks
  15. I think a better analogy would be if you were to drop two eggs from the same distance one impacting the floor and the other landing on a pillow with everything else being equal. Of course the one hitting the hard floor breaks where the one landing on the pillow has the impact slowed and spread out over a distance doesnt break. This is extreme of course but the idea is the same i believe your just trying to spread the recoil out over longer distance and reducing the slide impact thus reducing muzzle rise.
  16. ahhhh I've been thinking about increasing the stroke on my CZ open gun but just hate to blindly do it as I've never fired a stroked gun before and I'm not sure how much there is to gain.
  17. Theres quite a few of those on ebay not sure who sells them tho.
  18. Im also courios why one is better than the other.
  19. I believe the idea is to have a gun that shoots flatter because your bleeding gas off at a higher pressure and only applying downward force with the barrel ports no reduction in rearward force like the comp does. Tho I think straight vertical ports are a better idea because they should be more effective but I believe the v12 is a good setup. I worry about my barrel lug breaking on my CZ sp-01 shadow open gun just because of the Czechmate reports but I haven't had any issues with the gun yet.
  20. The guy above me knows what he's talking about, Before changing sights play with your ejector shape and extractor tension I've modified a few different guns in this area and get them ejecting exactly where I want.
  21. just a oversized soft lead ball or any soft lead around .360 size should work, without know your barrel size its impossible to point you in the right direction but it's not uncommon for some guns to be .357 or .358 so a .356 bullet wouldn't work. Say your barrel comes back as .356 that means at a minimum you should be running a .3565 bullet but .357 would be better as .001 is the standard but there is nothing wrong with going bigger as long as it doesn't cause issues chambering.
  22. Whats the barrel slug at? Whats the bullet diameter?
  23. Are we getting any closer to a release date in the USA? Do we even know if we will see them this year?
