Speaking with Ben, I did not get the impression they were jammed-up as yet. If you can manage, get an order in now. The only savings you get over placing the 50% down versus paying in full is free shipping with the latter.

Thank you for the positive outlook. I believe it will exceed my expectations. I only wish I wasn't "jamming" this one in at the last minute. I have not yet totally recovered from a recent SCAR 17S purchase, and all the reloading start-up costs. It seems I've been spending all my non-bill money since October. I'm living the "Cry once..." adage, over and over and over... lol Thanks again. This forum and it's members keep me checking back at least twice daily. Safe trips

Well, I got my acceptance email this morning. Faxed them a request to call me regarding payment & a modification to the build. Ben called me within minutes, answered my questions, and they got paid. My build is in the pipeline -yes! They are continuing to accept rifle builds only. There is no advantage, or disadvantage, to building any particular model. They are apparently not scrambling for parts yet, but are trying to keep production in step with demand. The unconfirmed, unofficial delivery time is about 15-18 weeks, not set in stone. The time is due to assembly - not so much parts availability. They have been and continue to discuss dealing with any imminent or proposed regulations. I cannot be more pleased with my interaction with them. If anyone is on the fence, I suggest moving forward. They seem to be "on it" as best that one can expect.
