  1. Thank you both for the excellent suggetions! Glad to be a part of the forum. The .40 barrel makes the most economical/logical sense but I own zero 40's and the last thing I need is yet another caliber I am crossing the .22 conversion off the list. Getting a 9mm upper would probably be the best way although this may be the one project that pushes me into reloading. I can see that being a great pastime during the winter especially. Now, the Kadet 22 pistol is still something I'd like to have but better prioritize.....great food for thought gentlemen.
  2. Hi I will be shooting a Witness Elite Match in 10mm this year for hunting and target. Would like to have a trainer for economical shooting as well. Anyone here have experience with the CZ Kadet? (pistol not conv.) vs the .22 conversion upper for the Witness? I know the trigger pulls and overall size will be a little different but wanting ergos, etc to benefit training. My main concern with the 22 upper from EAA is the reliability/function issues I have been told about. Primary question is if lots of shooting on the Kadet would help me in shooting the Witness? Really any feedback on either is welcome. I really appreciate it.
  3. Hi everyone! You know when you google gun questions and the best answers are consistently from a certain forum, you should probably join. Well, now that I have a Witness Elite Match 10mm inbound, I'm ready to play along and learn. Bowhunting (hence my screen name) is a passion, fishing of all sorts, family, shooting, and church are my joys in life. Thanks for having me.
