My draw is very similar to this except I don't take the gun off safe till it's pointed down range as I'm pushing out and I don't take my thumb off the thumb safety, I ride it while shooting.

Yea, I really would like to get a primary arms 1-6 but not knowing when they'll be in stock is killing me lol Yea I've heard good things about the tac30/mtac but from what I've heard their not the best for shooting out to 400/500? Our an I just mistaken.

I've almost finished my 3 gun rifle and have been looking at tons of optics and have noticed a couple things, the vortex pst 1-4 seems to be a very popular option but people say that having exposed turrets can lead to the zero being bumped and changed during rifle dumps or pick ups. With the pst having open turrets is this really a problem? I ask cause I'm seriously considering getting the Leatherwood CMR1-4 (because I'm on a budget and can get the scope with mount for 330) but it has un-capped turrets too. Thanks for the help!!

I'm starting to get everything I need to get into 3gun and have been looking at scopes for awhile now and have landed primarily on the PA1-6 but every time I look it's out of stock. I found the 2.5x and it has the same reticle which they say you can shoot out to 600. I saw the review that was written and is favorable but just wondering if anyone has used this in competition or has a thought about whether it would be sufficient for 3gun or not? Thanks, Brian

Thank you, I just ordered a Syrac which should be in the mail lol. Thankfully I got it through Brownells do if there's any problem I can return it.

Just wondering if there was someone who had run both the sentry 7 and the Syrac gen 2 that might be able to share the differences if any, they both seem to be of similar design. Thanks!

I would highly suggest any STI, especially the Trojan. While I don't own one in 9mm I do own a Trojan .40 that I love very much. The fit and finish of the STI is very nice, lock up is tight, and groups very tight. If you get a chance to play with the Trojan before you buy great, but if not I doubt you will be anything less than amazed by it. Plus it doesn't hurt that STI has great customer service from what I've heard, I've never had to use it though. If you have any questions about the Trojan let me know, good luck with your purchase! Yea I heard good things about New Frontier, what does Extreme Ventures charge for transfers? Yea, I did notice that the prices at some of the shops near the strip are priced that way, that's why I asked here lol

So, I just moved to Las Vegas from California and I'm excited to buy a bunch of guns but, most of the shops I've looked at so far have very limited selections and was looking for suggestions on places to buy? Also, which shops are best to do transfers at, as far as buying online and having it shipped to a shop? Thanks!

If your willing to work on your mags yourself you can get this. Freedom Gunworks has a thread about tuning mags and one part is squeezing the tube for correct dimensions. Hey, I just recently picked up a Glock 24 and am wondering if anyone has a load with 180gr plated bullets and wst? I've been an STI shooter so this is my first try at short oal major ammo. Also I have a little bit of e3 as well. Thanks in advance!

I use a Bolen/Dawson pad with ismi springs that I tune myself and have one that holds 22, 21 reloadable.

Full custom is nice to have it done your way first, but if you don't know what parts your gonna want its nice to get a built gun like an STI Trojan and eventually swap the parts that you find you want. That's what I did with my single stack and now I absolutely love it, way more than I thought I would, originally got it to train for limited lol.

WST Major: The only thing i would say about WST is that its reverse temp sensitive so when i shoot and its cool in the morning the load is more harsh but when it warms up in the afternoon it becomes softer. The crappy thing is you dont know when you'll chrono so you have to make sure that even in the afternoon after your rounds have been in the sun that they will still make PF. I have the 10mm system mags but I use the hybrid follower which cuts the capacity from 10 to 9. Although I use the hybrid follower the mags have run 100% in my Trojan 40. When I talked to them on the phone they said that the hybrid follower is a little more reliable than the metal one used to get 10. He did say that if I wanted to run the gun in L10 or minor that all I had to do was change out my hybrid follower for the metal one.

The techwell system is awesome, I love my tgo! Would highly recommend it. If you search there's threads of how people have cut their vz grips and other brand gross to fit the Techwell notches.
