  1. I can tell you from personal experience that if you push a 160gr bullet at a 1000fps out of a 929 you will have to beat the cylinder open with a mallet.
  2. One of the guys I shoot with is using a cup challenge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sign me up. 8 major with a dot would be a hoot! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  4. Are you taking about the irritation on the top of your middle finger, the part between your middle and index finger? The knuckle that rides right under the trigger guard? Not to be flippant, but the only solution is to shoot more. Seriously, It will go away.
  5. That and the East Coast Steel Challenge Championship.
  6. I'm shooting mine at Area 4 this weekend. Good practice for the East Coast Regional and IRC.
  7. Stephen, How's that Ernie Hill working out for you?
  8. I use that combo in a S&W 929. 3.6 grains at 1.160 gets me an average of 820fps.
  9. Same here. I've shot nothing but Starline for the last 6 months with no trouble at all. 160 Bayou bullet sized to .357 sitting on top of 3.6 grains of Power Pistol. 130 power factor.
  10. The caps/comps are not interchangeable. I tried a friend’s customized comp from his 627 V-Comp on my 929 last weekend. The barrel to attachment screw spacing is just a hair different.
