  1. Just swapped my plastic grip on my 9 major gun to a pt Evo grip off of a back up limited gun. The main reason in my mind for doing this is I think the added weight helps and secondly I much prefer the texture, profile, and shape of the pt Evo grip. Makes transitioning from my limited gun to open gun easier by keeping things common between the two. Also only gun I own that’s coated is my atlas nemesis, while it looks nice,my open gun and old limited gun are in the white and haven’t had an issue with rust of any kind on either. YMMV

  2. I’m about halfway through, very well written with a lot of good info. Really like the idea of analyzing 3rd person video to identify which skills have available time to shave. Big fan of not putting par times or things of that nature in there, pretty much a straight forward go out and test things approach, which has me motivated me to do just that!Thank you for putting in the time and effort to pass some of your knowledge on??

  3. I got a smoking deal on a Cmc large pin trigger and am wanting to use it on a dpms 308 small pin lower. Question is are the hole locations in the same position? If that's the case I can drill and ream it to the large pin size. Have checked online for prints and have came up short. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Very excited to get that trigger kit when it's available! Shot the Evo yesterday for steel challenge and it was wicked fun. One stage was a Texas star and it didn't stand a chance, cleaned it in 2.8 and 2.5 from low ready. Got the stage win on that one. Any eta when the trigger kit will be available?

  5. I've shot some freedom 115 reman and 135 130ish pf reloads and didn't feel much of a difference. I'm curious if some weight could be taken off the bolt.

  6. Just got my stamp back for my scorpion and am going to use it this weekend for steel challenge! I agree on the trigger needing addressed. Thanks for the heads up on the czc trigger option cz85combat I'll have to look into that. Funny I bought it because I thought it would be a sweet sbr, and then pcc started to gain traction. Can't wait to put it through its paces at a uspsa match.

  7. The brass I'm using has been wet tumbled with stainless pins in water/lemmishine, and dish soap and then dried in a oven.it is indeed squeaky clean Separating the seat and crimp completely solved the issue of scraping the coating off. Crimp is at .421.
