  1. I have a friend who was shooting an SRO at Nationals a couple of weeks back and had this happen to him.. The angle of the sun became an issue Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  2. I couldn't agree more... it should bring more shooters out next year Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  3. Single stack and revolver nationals.. they are clearly marked with fault lines. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  4. Ive had this happen 4 years ago. I was shooting in the spring and shot a match Saturday and it was sunny and 60 degrees out. Gun ran fine. Sunday however it was 30 degrees in the morning and I got miss fires in the gun on the same ammo. I changed the strain spring and rebound spring to wolf factory springs(i happened to carry them with me) and the gun ran the rest of the day without issues.. cold weather effects metal and springs. 5. I hope it is.. I think the issue has been location and the stages over the past few year's. I'm coming off of shoulder surgery and had very little interest in going back to shoot the same match 4 years in a row. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  6. I haven't seen anyone point out the MIM hammer that looks like someone used a hacksaw to remove the spur....? Are you guys slacking? Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  7. I do the budget every year.. Guns are cheap... shooting, training, traveling and driving.. $25k per year.. trying shooting with 2 kids.. its even crazier Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  8. Time to move Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  9. This a partially true statement.. As always its about how many rounds you shoot through any gun.. with revolvers you can shoot 38spl or 38 short colts in a 357 cylinder.. the 38spl and short colts do eat away at the cylinder walls ruining the cylinder putting rings in the cylinder walls.. Im looking to covert my daughters 38super comp open gun.. to 9mm as well.. I got a price for 600.00 Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  10. The little monster is about .7 -.8 @ 15yards on 7inch steel. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  11. I challenge you to a dual!!!!! I love stomping slow lazy bottom feeders.. its like bring logic to a conversation with a liberal... mind blowing.. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  12. Ruger 22/45 lite.. with a bunch of volquartsen goodies.. I had a lot of feeding issues with the gun when I got it. It was all mags.. Markershot mag and follows fixed it.. The still wont run hollow points This is her sr22 Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  13. Let's try the picture again Ar on out law steel Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  14. Here's my daughters set up. Ruger 22/45 and her 4.3lb AR http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/57f8edbc2629a/20160911_105142.jpg? Here she is shooting pendulum Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  15. You should just buy Alec's 327.. its done right.. check out the classifieds
  16. That's not a shameless plug... [emoji4] But he's right.. 627/929 only way to go.. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  17. Tk customs cut it for super Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  18. What.. you can just send them to Smith and wesson and they put the parts you want on the gun? They sold you a separate ti cylinder? Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  19. I use a 9mm Lee roll crimp and seating die. I don't use any 38spl dies on anything.. I used to use a Lee U die for sizing but it didn't see any real benefits to the U die.. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  20. Short stroking..... the hand needs to travel a certain distance to allow for the cylinder timing on a Smith and wesson.. Also MWP.. hit the nail on the head pick a caliber and stick with it. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  21. I run .358 bullets coated in my 929.. I found that my 929 didn't like plated bullets .356 .. typically you want very little crip on plated bullets and doesn't work out for reloading on the run. The bullets would come out of the case.. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  22. The coating on the blue bullets is very thick. Thats why it rubs off. It allows you to run them in major open guns. HyTec coating can't handle the heat.. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  23. In VA there are about 5 wheel gunners if Forest shows up.. I heard that there are a couple in NC.. The issue is we get to shoot a decent USPSA match almost everyday of the weekend. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  24. Coated bullets or fully jacketed are the way to go. Plated will flake and give you weird accuracy. I won't speak for them but I'm pretty sure 80% of the top 10 at relover nationals where all shooting coated bullets. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  25. Revolver and Single stack.. but I have only shot 2 matches with my single stack gun since 2014.. nats 2015 and 2016. Maybe I'll shoot SS this weekend Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
