Yeah have to do the same as well

I don't have time on the gun yet. Just got it back last week and didn't even test fire before I took it out to a local match. I literally put two round through it to make sure the sight were on. Once I put about 1k through it I'll know more. Things I do know is it felt and looked flatter. I don't group shoot but my hits were tight.

Selecw it's the AUS length barrel. This is the same length barrel that they fit SP-01/Shadows in Australia to be legal. This barrel is not threaded.

Got my upper back from CZC and man they did a great job. They fitted their Match barrel and it feels great. The chamber is tight. Had a couple feeding issues. Also had some ejecting problem. I had not changed the ejector spring since I had the gun (approx 15k rds). Spring felt weak so I changed that. Other than that the gun was accurate and felt flatter. Since it was in the shop I was shooting my back up accu shadow. I will give a follow up range report the next match. But all in all I am very happy with it.

Right now any work will be an 8 week wait.

I talked to them the other week and they can mill the LPA rear.

SP-01 & Ammo
in CZ
Agree!
Exact same here, but I would never trust a round in a match that fails the case gauge
my shadow will feed rounds that don't pass my case gauge. I am loading them to 1.100"How picky is the SP-01 on ammo? My Glock will eat most anything, including rounds that don't pass the case gauge.
Is the SP-01 picky on crimp, OAL etc.?

I have owned Large Frame Stock 2, Small Frame Stock 2 and CZ Shadow. Each gun has their own strengths. For me I like the shadow. fits my hand best. when shooting I really don't notice the trigger. my best advice is to shoot each gun and decide for yourself.

a buddy of mine uses this load and it feels pretty good.

147gr because of lighter recoil impulse and I use less powder. as far accuracy, it all depends on your gun. I tend to stay away from plated.

I am at a lost right now. I have only messed with my buddies moon clip server. i've been looking at the Johnson Moon Clip Rack, Speed-E-Rack and NM. Cant decide what route i want to do. Moon Clip Server seems like a great idea until you run into having all your ammo on the table type of start which makes one of the Post Racks ideal. But how often do i run into that situation? Not often. I'll be shooting this in USPSA. Any advice?
That's exactly why I switched to the North Mountain post holders, It's simplicity of design is what makes it the best and most effective, Easy to load, easy to unload. The spring ones are a good conversation starter, but take significantly longer to load up, and when your on the clock , forget about it.
Even though you may not do a table start every match, when you do run in to one, it can make the difference between winning and losing.
Thank! Have you tried the Johnson Moon Clip Rack or the Speed-E-Rack?

VZ Diamondbacks are awesome. At first they rubbed my hands raw(ish), but I quickly aclimated to them and haven't looked back. Most plastic framed pistols feel slick as snot after handling VZ diamondbacks.
From my experience, the VZ Tactical Diamonds are very nice looking but don't offer much in the way of enhanced grip.
im with you. love my Diamondbacks

I use 3.3 gr. of N320 for 132ish PF.
i use the same load but 147 BBI. They shoot great!
Adjustable sights can and do break from time to time.
Fixed sights once you take the time to dial them in can be rock solid
I havent broken an adjustable rear yet and hope i never do. i slammed by rear sight on a low port at Nats, i think i got away with a lucky one but thats why its always good to have a back up! My buddy did lose the rear adjustment screw (not sure how that happen).

Hey Everyone,
I am switching up to Revolver after Area 2. I have been searching around Enos and cant find answers to a couple of questions I have, mostly towards reloading.
-How do people have their reloading set-up for a 1050 (dies, shell plate)?
-I have heard people using 9mm dies and if that is true can I use my case-pro 100 set up for 9mm?
Any input would be much appreciated. Have a good one!

Sorry for not replying sooner guys. I just took my buffing wheel to it. its holding up pretty nice. no corrosion forming. best thing would be to just bead blast it and get it hard chromed.

While at Nats I messed with Minks Shadow. He has VZ Grips and they are nice. Very comfortable. So I switched from the aluminum.

my buddy has one. its a pretty sweet looking gun.
