I am in the same boat... Ernie Hill stopped communicating with me in February after I sent him payment for my Guga Ribas Universal holster and an inner/outer belt. I hope Ernie is ok... I am still hopeful that this will be squared away but my confidence is waning after reading this thread...

Red Hill Training makes an awesome holster IMO. I have his holsters for 1911, CZ and VP9 and they enable a smooth release while being stable and secure. I am getting his M&P holster next month. Well, its a fantastic day... I received my two Glocks back from Mr. Vanek today (Wednesday)! Charlie received my two Glocks Friday, worked on them during the weekend, sent me an email saying they were done and ready to go during the weekend! Monday was July 4th so he had to send the Glocks back Tuesday morning and I got them in my hands right now. I had to clean my drool off my chin (among other things) when I dry-fired these beauties... they are now more than "just Glocks"... they are among my prized possessions. Thanks Mr. Vanek!!! I just sent in two of my Glocks to Mr. Vanek. I experienced the same as what was previously described, Charlie took the time to discuss my needs and was very open to telling me his workload and when he can get my guns turned around. It inspired confidence and I promptly sent him my Glocks! I tried one of Vanek's triggers on a Glock owned by a member of Team Blazer at a GSSF match. It was AWESOME! I can't wait to get these back after the July 4th holiday. Wished that I would have been poking around this board and forum sooner... just registered and am liking it very much (here)! Thanks!
