  1. I wonder if there trigger will work in other PCC's
  2. Glad to see another okie on here. Welcome
  3. This^^ Its how i was taught and it is what works for me. Ultimately it will come down to what works for YOU and what feels the best.
  4. The show's creatives are working a spin-off called "Better Call Saul" I wonder how good that one will be. I liked Saul and I thought he played a pretty big part in breaking bad.
  5. There is almost always a low port or a spot where you have to crouch at our local matches. A couple weeks ago there was a large spool laid down and you had to crouch inside of it to shoot a group of poppers on each side. Makes it challenging and fun.
  6. I don't mind poppers but plate racks make me nervous for some reason. I have tried practicing with them and can clear them fine but come to a stage with one and I freak!
  7. did the pallet thing once with a few other people. that was a lot to unload with out a fork lift.
  8. I used to carry a small stage bag but found myself trying to cram more in it and it was getting heavy. So I got a metal cart and I can carry everything I need and if I have someone with me there stuff will fit too. I need to get a better first aid kit together.
  9. I get lead rounds in 1k boxes and i wish they were packed in smaller qty's for storage and handling reasons. i like how Xtreme bullets come and there box can be reused for other things.
  10. My biggest issue to over come was where to hold the gun and I found that keeping it at eye level worked best for me. Just mind the 180 like everyone else said and if you have a stage you have to move plan your moves during the walk through. That always helped me.
  11. It is defiantly a fun thing to shoot. The one I shot had a 4x4 with a plate on it you shot to activate it which a lot of shooters shot it first and let it swing and slow down then came back to it at the end.
  12. Has no one got one yet? I called the us shooting academy about a month or so ago and they said they could have one there in 2 days. I'm guessing that probably wasn't right
  13. I know how you feel had to put the dog that I got when I was 8 to sleep the night before we left on vacation, had a drink on the beach watching the sun set for her.
  14. Wife told me if I shoot the tv she will pistol whip me.....sad thing is I believe her
  15. Walked off and left my ammo setting on the bench for a match that was 45 min away, that was a very rude awakening when I got my range bag out.
  16. Mitch I thinked ur RO'd a squad I was on at ussa a few months ago actually.
  17. Thanks guys I was planning on going to ussa last weekend but between the heat and trying to get rid of poison ivy I decided to stay home drink a beer and watch the Olympics.
  18. While shooting i just try to rememember my plan for the stage but that doesnt always happen sometimes i forget and wind up playing catch up but i guess that is part of the learning curve too.
  19. Hey guys just wanted to introduce my self and say HI. I have been shooting USPSA for a few months now and absolutly love it. i have been shooting ever sense i can remember being a kid with a pocket full or .22's rounds and a bolt action 22 to recently diving head first in to competitive shooting. Started shooting practical rifle a few years ago and slowly started moving into steel challenge and then something amazing happened i found USPSA and it has been my main focus lately. So thanks for all the great info on this board already and everything to come!
