  1. Bolt it to a rock and keep it lubed! Love mine, congrats
  2. Like tou said, It took me awhile to have the gun up eye level upon entering a position, saves a lot of time, also I've been really trying to maintain a two handed grip when run/moving only a small distance, rather than breaking my grip to use arm swing for running.
  3. i have a psychologist in the family, and she says that men (aside from being VERY visual creatures) are all hard wired to be obsessive and hyper focused when its a single function or task (i.e. a hobby. you just gotta find your niche and then it takes over... kinda like when men "discover" that girls dont have kooties after all-how focused were you then!
  4. visually patient, I like that, makes a lot of sense. Im starting to write down my thoughts after a match to see what i remember most; misses, feelings, specific sight pictures etc etc, like a critique journal
  5. Looking good, go get it broken in!
  6. yep, I just cheered up, that's one thing I don't have to worry about at work...
  7. Same story here, I'm still convinced they gave me back a completely new machine, love them. Gail is the best!!
  8. I hate military crimps, it isn't until you're in a groove that one sneaks in and buggers up the process
  9. I like hearing about those chubacabra stories in Mexico and Central America more than the Bigfoot ones. That little thing can eat some goats!
  10. I always try to help others get into shooting, whether its archery, rifles, sling shots, you name it. Best thing for the sport. Also, my dad told me a long time ago after I told him that I wanted to stay single forever, that happiness is doubled when shared with another. just another time he was waaaaay right!
  11. Can you say "add to cart" ! Very Nice

Anyone heard what the latest news on them relocating? I heard Texas offered to pay their relocation costs?
  13. I love MidwayUSA, their shipping charges are a little high, but I just wait til I can make a big order.
  14. The best stories always start with, "and then we started drinking tequila..."
  15. I feel its all a matter of perspective. Being individuals who thrive on competition there are probably not a lot of things we will ever settle on as being "good enough". Looking up at the higher level guys i think to myself, "wow, that guy was fast" but i bet they're consumed with the half dozen things they know they can do better. Shooting god or bad is narrow viewed. sometime the journey is the destination
  16. +1 Chrono is a must, such a great piece of technology. They answer a lot of questions
  17. get out and shoot, no ego's, its all about getting better!! PLUS competition makes everything better
  18. i know, dead thread, but i have to anyway (newbie)... i was reading a golf magazine and they were highlighting Camillo Villegas. Long story short he's a very self motivated, goal orientated person. Big surprise for a professional athlete, i know, but im not judging. anyway, he had the motivational phrase "Sacrifice or Regret" painted on the wall of his home gym. He said that he believes all the hard choices he's had to make in life that lead to his success really only involved choosing wether he wanted make a sacrifice or feel regret. Turned his hard decisions into a simple choice. it really stuck with me and i try to remember those two words when i have to make a choice.
  19. great challenge, and good job! i've got to try this, i think ill start at 300 and work back until i find my limit. your gun is a laser, very cool
