  1. If you are only going to have 1 dot, turn around time is a big factor. I have 2 sig romeo 3xls and love the window size. I looked through all the popular dots when I was making my selection. This was almost 2.5 years ago and I am still happy with it. I have had to send a dot off twice and both times got them back within 15 days. Once was cracked glass, I think brass bounced off the indoor range target runner mid cycle at an match and the other was the buttons got too hard to work and it was a pain to turn on.
  2. 1.168 MG or PD 124 HP.
  3. I've had a lot of success with ZEISS Lens Cleaning Solution. I clean the window every time I shot the gun and it seems to really help with keeping the build up off.
  4. Well the cover will be in next week. Just have to be careful for a weekend. Their warranty should cover that to.
  5. So, the dust cover for my brightness buttons on my Romeo 3 XL fell off in practice Sunday. I'm thinking it was due to the heat. I called Sig and they're sending me a replacement cover. The guy said that the early ones have that known problem, as the didn't use a strong enough glue. He says to put a small bead of super glue on the housing and push the new one in. Just thought I would pass it along. They are shipping me one out this week for free.
  6. Anyone have experience with how long it takes to get a dot repair turned around by Sig? Thinking of putting a romeo 3 XL on my CO gun, but I was wanted to see experiences on turn around times. Thanks
  7. @bravobravo Did you ever end up having this done?
  8. Has anyone had dealings with warranty issue with sig red dot optics? I am just wondering about their customer service. Turn around time and hassle of repair. I have a R3XL on my open gun and love it. Before I would put one on my CO I would want to hear some experience with there warranty services.
  9. Yes. It's a soft shell rubber cover
  10. For the R3XL to fit on the RTS2 mount there needs to be a little bit machined off the front. It's close, but it isn't a direct bolt up.
  11. Not a huge fan of inserts. Maybe the ones I have are to thick, but it makes me feel like my feet are riding to high in the shoe. What type of inserts?
  12. Is the safety a stock replacement or an extend one? If it is a stock one I'd like to know the price?

Also, are you selling the mags individually? If so how much a piece?

    Thanks

Sorry, one final question. Are they the mec gar factory mags or something else?

Yes, they say Mec-Gar on them.

  13. Same here. With enough reviews of people liking this it seems worthy of checking out. Thanks for all the feed back. If you have further operating experience let us know.
  14. Understand stand now. Makes sense. Did you ever run them both? Is that even possible?
  15. What do you mean? I've loaded on a buddies Mark 7 with the zip ties installed and it make a big difference for powder spillage and case stabilization. This look to reduce it even further once it gets to the die station.

  18. I have a 6 inch limited gun running a 12 pound spring. Running just a little north of 170 pf. I've done the slow motion test and this seems to be the best weight for me. I could go lighter, but it is a used gun with a higher rounds count. That coupled with a lot of slide cuts makes me wary of going any lighter. I tried shock buffs, but ran into reliability issues.
