So I bought a certificate from another forum member about a month ago, I follow the instructions about emailing a lady at there headquarters, and getting everything setup. Well first they had everything ready to ship other than a springfield XDM WSM II holster, they said they were trying to locate an xdm to test the fit before my holster was sent. ODD? But ok, before I recieved that message they had already sent another email saying everything had shipped. Well a week and a half later and im still waiting..... I just sent my 3rd email asking for some sort of tracking number or anything so I could find the whereabouts of my shippment, needless to say the past two emails have been unanswered and I'm not holding my breath this one will. I couldnt be more fed up. I'm not saying they dont make a great product or anything but I would HIGHLY suggest ordering from a vendor of theres rather than direct! I didnt have a choice otherwise I would have absolutely ordered in the U.S
Am I the only one to ever have this problem with them?
