If you hold your slide back say 2mm from fully closed you can actually drop the hammer with out any damage.

Hi fellas, Just wondering if anyone has a copy of the new rules? They were on the website a few weeks back but are no longer there. I click on the link and it brings up the 2012 rule book. The reason I ask is because I remembered reading the there will no longer be any backing up of the timer ie: last audible shot. Cheers Justin.

We reguarly run a steel match at club level every week. At times we have a couple of the standard 8. At other times it is what ever we throw together. The other week we had one stage that only had 4 targets. We started it on one plate that was actually the stop plate also. It made the competitor have to come back to the same plate at the end of the stage. Mix it up is what I say.

As said above . I am pretty sure looking at it from the rear of the gun you knock it towards the left.
