Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. After 15 years of reloading with a 550, I have ordered a 650. I am going to start out without a case feeder. I am lazy and have learned quite a few short cuts with the 550 regarding caliber changes. Do you guys know anything I should know about the 650? I am familiar with which shell plates can serve more than one caliber, but what about the other parts required for caliber conversion? I am loading 9, 40, 45, 10, 357, 223, 243, 7-08, 30.06, 30-30, and 375 Winchester. Thank you in advance.
  2. Hello All, Is anyone using AutoComp for Limited Major Loads? I am interested in your data and your accuracy results. I used it for a match last night and had good results in my 5 inch 1911. My load was hotter than needed, worked well and seemed very accurate. 6.7 grains AutoComp with a 155 grain Precision molly coated lead bullet, and a Wolf Small Rifle Primer >> yielded 1140 FPS, PF = 175. I am going to back it off to 6.2 grains and chrono. I would like to see anyone else's data in the 40. I used the AutoComp initially as a time saver -- my press was already setup with it in the hopper for 9mm minor loads. I am thinking about going with AutoComp for every thing other than 45ACP. Any actual verified data will be appreciated. Thanks --
