Saw your 40 recipe posted. Was about to ask you for it again - I'll try that out instead so that we have the same load for compatibility reasons (and since I have so many M&Ps!)

I'm shooting Limited with my M&P Pro .40 with the following loads that work great: Xtreme FPRN, 180gr, 1.16OAL, 4.7gr of either VV N320 or Solo 1K Chrono's: Avg Vel = 952fps, Avg PF = 171.5 Winchester SPP N320 is great, consistent...just expensive. Solo 1K is a good cheaper substitute, just temperature sensitive and powder throws may vary. Good luck, rg

Hey Jeff, I know you've been shooting 200gr Bayou/Solo 1K for awhile now and can guess how soft it shoots. Just wondering if the cycle feels significantly slower than shooting 180s? I'm thinking of making a batch of 200s, but wanted to get your take compared to 180s. Thanks rg
