I don't post frequently because I feel that unless you really have something to add then no reason to run up post count just for sake of posting. I started reloading on a 650 April of 2012 and truly feel this is the forum to search and the search function saves many questions previously answered kudos to this forum! Dillon 650 Primer Indexing Arm Issue
osageid replied to silverbullet2's topic in Dillon Precision Reloading Equipment
Just a simple thought , in addition to lubricating , try and loosen the mounting screws to primer assembly , too tight?? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD -

advise -- how to auto primer feeder on 650

Glad you got it worked out ! -
I am a newb but this is my absolute go to site on reloading! It is a funny thing , I am an Infectious Disease doc , I am on many gun forums and on these forums they know I am a physician , I NEVER get bugged for free medical advice on these forums. Never a single time! I can not say the same for the Health system I work at, people I do not know will approach me for advice and scripts in the halls. Goes to show you that gun owners are THE most decent, respectful and helpful class of citizens of this country!!! Kudos to all on this forum! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

It is not hard to disassemble. Two hex screws is all that holds to the press (after shell plate). Then remove disk on bottom and also can remove tube in the column. I am thinking sometimes I will get in the zone, forget to put black push rod back in tube Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD -

Have you removed the primer system from the press? Sounds like a piece of metal shaving is keeping primers from falling into the wheel Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD -

Just ordered first Dillon press.

You WILL not regret it! You have been loading for years and will be more than able to set up and load on the 650. I never loaded before owning my 650 and I have had great success . Brian's suggestion I think is related to some people may overestimate their needs. I have mine in large primer and was loved it so much bought my son his own 650 for his birthday! He is reloading .223 so his is set up for small primer:) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD -
Dillon 1050 Vs. Dillon Super 1050
osageid replied to raven02003's topic in Dillon Precision Reloading Equipment
I have loaded thousands of rounds on my 650, been clean track record so far. Btw started off with 650 as my first Reloader and felt comfortable with everything I have reloaded from very beginning. Nuff said Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD -
Sorry suppose to be 1.25 not 1.24 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

They don't as long as it only indents plating, would pull some apart and see if cutting the plating or not. I had same question when I started loading plated. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
