  1. It wasnt staked, i guess. The hole on one side of the frame was a press fit on the pin. I finally got it out. The pin was .0005 bigger than the hole.
  2. No, it's stripped except for the sear and disconnector.
  3. I'm disassembling my svi to get refinished. i went remove the sear/disco pin, and it appears to be staked. Any recommendations besides the most obvious?
  4. I wouldn't touch it. Learn to load it. Messing with the internals is a good way to make a good shotgun, a not so good shotgun.
  5. I believe those are the only ones made for the midas. I was just in a hurry and had my kydex guy make this real quick.
  6. Had my buddy make it. It works very well. Much sturdier than any of the plastic ones I've saw.
  7. I wish i had one of those phone mounts. Looking at long range targets are where this reticle shines.
  8. It's in pro, idk if it's in others. Here's a pic. https://www.dropbox.com/s/fzjke7vigdbumtc/received_1931087050453501.jpeg?dl=0
  9. I'm wanting to try open, without going all in just yet. What options do i have to mount a red dot on a new style a5?

  11. I've used 55gr out to 200 with it. But i zero with 68 gr. I'm sure it'll work, you'll just have to play with your zero distance. It's in strelok, you can put your info in and see.
  12. That idk. Generally the swaro has the widest fov at 6x, compared to other premium 6x scopes. And if you did that your holds won't be correct
  13. I haven't noticed it being an issue, coming from a Swarovski to this. It's only giving up 2.5 ' in fov at 100 yards to the swaro. which is impressive, because the swaro is the king of the hill for fov in 1-6's.
  14. I'm glad you like it! It feels good when your idea is well received.
  15. I can't wait till next year. There are some exciting things in the work's!
  16. We shoot out to 600 at one of my local matches. I've never felt i didnt have enough scope. I've struggled to hit, but not because of magnification.
  17. I use lower magnifications occasionally, inside of my 200 or so zero. Then your magnification setting doesn't matter.
  18. They are generally available now. The dot isn't daylight bright, yet. It hasnt really been an issue to me. But it will be remedied...eventually. Basically they werent moving many 1-6 scopes. I came to them with my reticle idea. They need it to sell a few before they invest in redesigning the electronics for a small market and an item that wasnt moving very well for them yet. They are excited about 3 gun and I would look for more products from them in the future geared towards us. This was their first stab into the gun games, this scope checks all the boxes except the daylight bright dot. But in this price range the glass is WAY above the pay grade, the scope is well made and the reticle is the tits.
  19. I got a production one, glass is gtg, scope is well made. Dot isn't daylight bright, but was plenty bright enough to work in less light conditions. I rarely turned the dot on in my swaro. The reticle and holds are what make this scope. There are plans in the future for a brighter dot and other scopes in the works, but it hasn't held me back so far.
  20. Like i said if they are making 1-8 scopes that cheap, something is up. And its sfp. Your not gonna turn it up to 8x all the time, you'll lose to much fov. Your holds wont be right. If you're going 1-8 it needs to be ffp.
  21. I'll second the trigger tech. It feels like an ar gold, but with a decent reset unlike the ar gold. I've shot nothing but single stages till now.
  22. The new reticle (I'm biased) is badass for 3 gun with any distance.
  23. Have you been running it with the new 3 gun reticle? The production ones just became available. I designed the reticle, so I've been shooting a prototype.
  24. Athlon. If they're making a 1-8 under $500, they have to be cutting corners.
