I've been using Precision Delta 180 FMJ FP and Bear Creek 180 Molly Coated FP seated at 175/180 and my Brazo High Performance Edge digests them just fine... Hope this help...

I use Titegroup...40 S&W and other calibers ...meters fine in my 550b, seems to burn clean, and one is of the less expensive powders ...5 g with Precision Delta 180 FMJ makes PF fine, 4.5 g with Bear Creek 180 molly coated less smoke then non-coated on calm days...

I use delta FMJ in my 45 acp... work great price is not to bad...I'm going to try Bear Creek molly in 45 ACP I like the way those shoot in 40 S& W...

I have a friend who shoots 200's loves them but not out of a Glock...Sorry
