Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Nice! I've just started playing with unique. my data said 6.0 gr. powder at min. OAL of 1.190 and that seems way to short! I loaded a few at 5.8 gr. and 1.260 OAL pushing a 230 gr. FMJ. I guess we'll see.
  2. My Lee manual has a start load for unique of 6.0 gr. and a max load of 6.0 gr. not sure what thats about? anybody have experience in loading over 6.0 gr. with unique? BTW I'm using Precision Delta 230 gr. FMJ
  3. I've been considering a after market bbl for it, kinda want a supported chamber , is storm lake fully supported?
  4. Thanks for the input, decided to go with the pro chrono digital. I'm gonna take it out to the range soon and see what my loads are actually doing.
  5. checked hogdon site, they only have data for hp's, is there any difference in loading fmj versus hp?
  6. I have nothing against glock, quite the contrary. if I had it to do over though, I'd get a third gen. glock 17, and a STI chambered in .40
  7. CED M2 looks sweet, but don't want to break the the bank either, so far prochrony digital is in the lead.
  8. is the prochrono digital made by competition electronics?
  9. been loking on midway, shooting chrony F1 seems reasonably priced too. just don't know what to look for in a Chrono
  10. didn't know that, I've got some buyers remorse with this glock, thinking about upgrading to a STI.
  11. Oh yeah, I've been loading 4.3 gr. titegroup at 1.125 oal and it seems kinda lite
  12. I'm using a Glock 22C, 165gr. precision delta flat nose. Mainly just target shooting, maybe get back into IDPA if I have time.
  13. Hi, I'm looking for load data on titegroup, my lee book is very limited. any ideas? Thanks, Aaron
  14. Hey Y'all, I've been reloading for some time now and have recently discovered that a Chrono would be very helpful. Any suggestions? and why is one better than the other? I just don't want to purchase one and then find I need a different model cause I cheaped out on the original purchase. Any help would be great, Thanks, Aaron
