Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. haha yeah ill give you that one
  2. If someone thinks the trigger on the sigma is awesome they haven't shot many other pistols
  3. I haven't seen this thread updated in awhile so ill try to revive it I was in a Cabellas a couple of weeks ago just killing time and checking out what pistols they had in stock and I overheard a conversation between the guy salesman and a man and his wife looking at 22 pistols. The salesman is showing them different guns and the guy starts talking about how 22LR is the best round for a carry gun because it is easier to make follow up shots in stressful situations and that would be almost impossible with a larger caliber. I just held my tongue because the whole time I was thinking it doesn't matter what caliber you have if you don't practice you aren't going to be hitting your target.
  4. Some friends of mine named there dogs parker and ruger
  5. I usually at least try to practice transitions when at the indoor range I will have to start practicing strong and weak hand also. Looking forward to hearing some more suggestions I am almost in the same boat with places to shoot
  6. Loki Weapon Systems Stripped Lower and Upper Magpul PRS Stock Magpul Miad Grip JP Trigger and Speed Hammer Bison Armory 20 in 6.8 SPC Barrel BA Battle Comp Troy TRX 13 in Hand Guard Vortext Viper Scope in a Larue Mount
  7. "...you won't buy a sports car because there's no room in the trunk for your range gear." I should have taken a rifle case with me when I bought my car Luckily its just the hard case that wont fit so I'm good to go "When you use metric targets to make garage sale signs." I haven't done this but I did use my target stands to hold up the garage sale sign
  8. I have no complaints from my JP triggers I went the standard trigger and speed hammer route so I haven't tried their EZ trigger I cant see the quality being any different. Only thing is I wish I hadn't been so conservative when installing mine they break at about 4.5 lbs but it was a learning experience for me and they are still a lot better than a standard trigger.
  9. My high school choir teacher shared a classroom with a teacher no one liked who had to peck and hunt for the keys and some of the guys did this to the computer keyboard in the room it didn't bother the choir teacher much because she didn't use the computer much and she didn't have to look at the keyboard when she typed. It was pretty funny watching the other teacher blow up.
  10. I have a USP 40 and have no complaints with it I haven't shot any of the sig pistols but you cant really go wrong with either of them, both are quality companies. Shoot both and go with the one that feels the best to you.
  11. This thread is epic I have heard countless potential stories in the works but I have a habit of tuning out BS, maybe I need to start listening so I can contribute to the thread some day haha
  12. I have the 9c and really like it, it is my daily carry gun i have tried a 40c and wasn't a fan, with the shorter grip it made the recoil harder to manage for follow up shots.
  13. I dont have any experience with the new rifle but Loki's customer service has always gotten back to me in a timely manor on technical questions
  14. I have been using a Blackhawk 1.75" rescue riggers belt, it is the one that I use as a duty belt at the fire dept and works pretty well.
