  1. I'll take that troublesome thing off your hands if you want.....
  2. been shooting glocks for 12 years...never been bitten...
  3. Mothers polish and a dremel on low, just take your time and don't overdo it....I polished a lone wolf 40-9 barrel that I use in my 23 so I could make double sure I knew it wasn't the stock 40 when shooting 9mm through it. It wouldn't bother me that much to shoot 9mm through a .40 but I wouldn't want to do the opposite! My barrel has been going strong for 2 years with no problems.
  4. I'll slow my pull down tonight and see if it helps (keep it G-rated) The only problem I worry about is pressure spikes and accuracy issues
  5. Always have more than sufficent light. Always clean up any spilled powder and empty all tubes when through for the session.....
  6. The o-give is off by the same measurements.....now what
  7. In all honesty I wanted both so thank you for supplying a TG recipe....I'll cook some up tonight
  8. Rangerguy and sbo So does that mean that the .06 difference in OAL only amounts to 1pf?
  9. Yeah in all honesty a 650 is enough for me at the current time, a 1050 would be nice but I'm not sure that I can justify paying more just for increased production. It's not like I want to rush through reloading in order to sit on the couch. I enjoy it but would like to increase my production and a 650 seems to be all I need. Thank you for the advise.
  10. I shoot the PD 180 grain FMJ, but not with TightGroup. I gave away what TightGroup I had, three years ago. Nuff said there! I use CCI 400 small rifle primers, and 5.4 grains of WSF powder. Out of my (Limited) 4.5" XDm the power factor is 172. For my (Production) 4.5" XDm, a CCI 500 primer and 5.6 grains of WSF is required to make a power factor of 170. May I ask why you gave it away, were you unhappy with the performance, too dirty...etc
  11. Thank you Baba that was exactly the answer I was looking for.
  12. I keep reading about n320 I think I will pick up a pound on thursday.
  13. So you just tell me to search...I searched for an hour and found a lot of info on TG for 9mm but I already have that worked out...so that's not that helpful.... I was looking for 10mm with either titegroup or red dot and I was wanting peoples opinions on whether or not TG and RD have too high a burn rate for 10mm/.40.
  14. Precision delta 147 fmj flat nose. Titegroup 3.5 fed small pistol primers OAL 1.145 crimp .376
  15. I think case failure, but I am no expert...I'm glad that you're ok....maybe had to sit down for a second?
  16. Hello friendlys I was hoping to knock out some different loads for .40 and 10mm this weekend and was trying to draw on the experience that lies within the enos borders. I have titegroup, red dot, blue dot and I'll probably but a couple more powders on thursday when I can sneak away from the office for a minute. I like titegroup for my 9mm loads but haven't used it in .40 or 10mm and was wondering if anyone had used it with any success. And red dot has always worked well for me but it's hard to find data for. What say you BE.com? I have a couple thousand mixed headstamps that I will sort tonight and tomorrow, these are only being used for fun, I'm not needing to blow the head off of a rhino or anything..... .40 will be fired through glock 23 10mm will go through a glock 20sf
  17. well who doesn't want an extra 200 rph or a bullet feeder? On a single stage I'm lucky to get 100 an hour
  18. I did not know that, I guess it's why I keep coming back to this site instead of doing my work. I need to call Brian after work and see about getting one of those fine pieces of equipment.
  19. I have wondered this question myself, I run alot of red dot and titegroup for my 9mm loads but have had so much trouble finding any data for .40 that I have been using blue dot which I'm not really a fan of but use because I have it on hand. I'm going to work up some red dot and precision delta 180 fmj's this weekend for my glock 23
  20. I'm in insurance, that being said I will let them shoot a few with me standing there I watch closely when they shoot to make sure we don't have a squib, and I work on a single stage and weigh charges and visually inspect each so there is almost no chance of doublecharging....almost... it makes me nervous in the what ifs .....I also advise no rapid firing.
  21. Why would you say that? just because I want one
  22. Not seating and crimping in the same step.... clean inside of seating die. I always clean them with a q-tip when finished. I'm a stickler for cleaning things after using them
  23. that's the freaking problem.....no chrono (i know i know i know you gotta chrono to reload accurately/safely) it's on the to-do list
