Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I'll take that troublesome thing off your hands if you want.....
  2. been shooting glocks for 12 years...never been bitten...
  3. Mothers polish and a dremel on low, just take your time and don't overdo it....I polished a lone wolf 40-9 barrel that I use in my 23 so I could make double sure I knew it wasn't the stock 40 when shooting 9mm through it. It wouldn't bother me that much to shoot 9mm through a .40 but I wouldn't want to do the opposite! My barrel has been going strong for 2 years with no problems.
  4. I'll slow my pull down tonight and see if it helps (keep it G-rated) The only problem I worry about is pressure spikes and accuracy issues
  5. Always have more than sufficent light. Always clean up any spilled powder and empty all tubes when through for the session.....
  6. The o-give is off by the same measurements.....now what
  7. In all honesty I wanted both so thank you for supplying a TG recipe....I'll cook some up tonight
  8. Rangerguy and sbo So does that mean that the .06 difference in OAL only amounts to 1pf?
  9. Yeah in all honesty a 650 is enough for me at the current time, a 1050 would be nice but I'm not sure that I can justify paying more just for increased production. It's not like I want to rush through reloading in order to sit on the couch. I enjoy it but would like to increase my production and a 650 seems to be all I need. Thank you for the advise.
  10. I shoot the PD 180 grain FMJ, but not with TightGroup. I gave away what TightGroup I had, three years ago. Nuff said there! I use CCI 400 small rifle primers, and 5.4 grains of WSF powder. Out of my (Limited) 4.5" XDm the power factor is 172. For my (Production) 4.5" XDm, a CCI 500 primer and 5.6 grains of WSF is required to make a power factor of 170. May I ask why you gave it away, were you unhappy with the performance, too dirty...etc
  11. Thank you Baba that was exactly the answer I was looking for.
  12. I keep reading about n320 I think I will pick up a pound on thursday.
  13. So you just tell me to search...I searched for an hour and found a lot of info on TG for 9mm but I already have that worked out...so that's not that helpful.... I was looking for 10mm with either titegroup or red dot and I was wanting peoples opinions on whether or not TG and RD have too high a burn rate for 10mm/.40.
  14. Precision delta 147 fmj flat nose. Titegroup 3.5 fed small pistol primers OAL 1.145 crimp .376
