It is not really rocket science. Somewhere from the gas port to the bolt, gas is leaking or there is something blockning the way. I am guessing the 2nd of the two. Take it apart and have a look.

If you think the 3G is to heavy to shoot freehand, I am guessing you need to work more on your stance and how you hold your gun. I could be wrong here but I would make sure that's not the problem before spending money on carbon hand guards etc. I find the 3G light, but a bigger/better comp is a good idea.

I have decided to use Airsoft as IPSC training during the winter. But I have only a clue on what to get. I am shooting a STI based Open gun and a JP rifle, and I would like the airsoft guns to feel as close to the real thing as possible. What matters is function and feeling. Looks are not important. Price is not that important either, well it has to be within reason. For the handgun I have recommendations to get a Tokyo Marui 5.1 and mount a C-more on it. Gas or CO2? Blowback? Electric? Are there other versions with more of less metal parts? I am lost.... Can someone specify exactly which one to get? About the rifle.... Should I get one of the Madbull JP copies? Blowback, Electric blowback? Confusuion here also.... Which one? /Gustav

I was thinking that my feeding issues could be because of more coke bottle shape on the used cases compared to the new ones and the factory ammo. Any thoughts about that? Gus

Hi guys! My 1st post in the forum! I just started to shoot an open gun shorty in 9mm major. STI frame and magazines. I have 2 concerns. The first is that it does not want to feed my reloaded rounds properly. They nosedive in the magazine or they do not want to chamber. When I use new brass it workes 98% of the times and if I use used brass 70%. When I use factory ammo it works 100%. I notice when I load up the magazines that the reloaded rounds nosedives, especially the last rounds when loading the magazines full. I load Zero 125gr bullets at oal 1.189 Second is that I would like to load so that I get more pressure in the comp to make it work a little better. Now I use 7.7 gr ot 3n37 and that just makes major factor. Any ideas on what might work better? I can get all different Vihtavuori powders. Thank you. Gus
