I want to load my own long range bullets. Need to know what powder is being used in Blackhills red box 69 grain matchking HP bullets. I know it is 24.7 grains of very fine powder. I don't like how Varget meters out of my Dillon 650xl. The powder used in Blackhills looks like it would meter very accurately. I am just starting out .223 reloading, I need to learn alot.

Looking for contact info, for purchasing reduced size Mini Rifle targets IPSC style. I have always purchased them from Chris at Chris's Shooting Supplies. I was informed by Chris that his distributor was selling them direct and that he would be advertising them for sale in Front Site magazine. Thanks for any help.

I stopped coming to this match, when Dave M. stopped wear those tight nylons. -
Mig The problem with your mag is YOU not your mag. You shoot too fast, need to slow down so other shooters like me can kick your butt. Will I see you at West Point??? if so I sure hope you use that cracked mag.

3 Gun Match In Mercer, Pennsylvania
hockeydadnu27 replied to ap3's topic in Multi-Gun, Rifle & Shotgun Match Announcements
WOW what a great match. it was advertised as a small 3gun match, but it had everything a big match has and more. Iron Man long range stage was the best long range stage I have ever shot. This match had great stages, friendly RO's, good food and fast results. What more can I say, thanks for all your hard work and efforts. First Class Match. I hope to see ya again next year. Thanks again Louie -

hockeydadnu27 replied to BillL223's topic in Multi-Gun, Rifle & Shotgun Match Announcements
I would like to thank all the Topton workers for putting on a Class A Rifle Match. Really enjoyed all the stages. It was great to go to a rifle match and be "just a shooter". thanks again, it was great. Louie Mastronardi -
I am looking for a back pack that I could use as a Carry-On. When I travel 3 Gunning I have 2 check bags, one is gun case for all my long guns and the other is suit case full of gun bag and all my shooting equipment and a carry on with all my clothes and personals. I need a back pack for comfort when transporting with suit case in one hand and long gun case in other. The usual carry-on with shoulder strap very unfriendly with both hands tied up. I am looking at Diamondback Battlelab SOF, a little bigger than allowed for carry on, everyone cheats on carry-ons. Any suggestions on packs that you have that will fit my needs.

We have all the stages built and workers and RO's will tweek them on Friday. I can't believe that we had 15 inches of snow in our pits 2 weeks ago. I freeked out thinking this match would be a mud hole. Our pits are in good shape, alittle muddy in spots and soft but playable. We have a great match built and i am very excited about our stages. Hope for SUNNY weather and bring a good flashlite, Thanks Louie

Does anyone have any info on stages, distances or targets we will be shooting???? I am getting really excited esp. looking at 10 day forecast, 70-80 degrees SUNNY!!!!!! -
Our match is sold out and sold out and sold out. We have extended our limited to try and accommodate everyone, I just had to start to say NO! I would like to thank all the 175 rifle shooters that are signed up, we will do our best to give you a great rifle match. All we need now is the 2 feet of snow to melt and we can start to build stages. 175 shooters X 222 min. round count = 38,850 min. rounds fired over 2 days. Average cost of .223 round .30 cents each = $11,655.00 This match should help our economy in the bullet market. Thanks again and contact me for waiting list.
