I ordered a LMOS Bolt carrier back in December when they were still in stock and I haven't heard anything from JP yet. I just hope I get it in time for the 3-gun season as that's the only part I'm waiting for to finish my build.

Picked up 8 of the 20 rounders and 3 30 rounders from numrich couple weeks ago. Haven't tried them out but they look like they'll at least make decent practice mags. Got some Battlemags for actual matches.

I definitely am going to go with the MTAC for optics, looks like a great optic for a price that's very reasonable.

It works fine the the OEM, the problem I had was that when I tried to run 147's through it, I had a lot of double feeds and FTE's because the slide wasn't coming back far enough.

This is why I love this forum, I get answers to my question so fast and the willingness to help a newbie is amazing!

Thanks for the help. How exactly does the adaptor work? Does the spring go on first or what?

I have a glock 34 gen4 that I plan on using for production, but before I shoot I decided to change the recoil spring with a SS ISMI guide rod and 13# spring. If i'm understanding what I've read correctly, the Gen4's use a dual recoil spring system. The thing is, the guide rod and spring I bought are clearly not a dual spring system. Will it still work or do I need some kind of adaptor to use it? Thanks jr. 3 gunner

The Cabelas near me had some American Eagle 55gr .223 for $10/20 with a 10 box limit. Figured that wasn't too bad and since I needed some ammo for my AR when it's complete we jumped right on it.

Question about the JP LMOS Bolt Carrier, It doesn't have forward assist serration but my upp has a forward assist. If I were to accidently press the FA would it scratch the carrier or will it not do anything to it?

Yea I got my buttstock in last week and found out it didn't come with an upper screw or spacer, so I just got those ordered tonight. I've double checked that I have everything but I'm still a little worried that I'm going to find out I forgot something.

Thanks for all the help guys, I'm just waiting for my bolt carrier and gas tube to come in and then I can start building. I even found some American Eagle .223 at Cabelas so I actually have ammo to shoot through it!

I installed them and they seem to be fine, but you are right there is no wiggle room what so ever.

I picked up some custom made pouches from tacticalkydex on glocktalk.com. Cost me $20 for two single mag pouches and they got delivered very quickly. My only complaint is that the loop for the belt is not connected to the actual pouch but they seem like they should be fine. I guess only time will tell but for $10 a piece shipped I couldn't pass them up.

The problem that I'm encountering is that I can't even get it to snap into place so I can try to compress the belt.

I'll try putting them on, do you mean until it snaps into place? Leaving the final lock open right? I don't think I'll have any problem with them sliding haha.

I got some Taccom Duaload shell holders for christmas and they came with tekloks for attachment. After assembling them I attempted to attach them to my DA belt and found that they wouldn't close. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just a fluke? Any help is great. Thanks

@sbpt1911 - I'm thinking of getting the MBUS sights first and then when I save up for the scope I'll be able to mount the sights at 45 degrees with the scope as my primary (assuming I get the Warne) @tripletapjake - the gas block is a .750 and thanks for the help. Hope to see you at a match too.

Thanks! I had heard good and bad about the adjustable gas block and just decided to go with the fixed. I might change it at a later date if I feel like a need it. On a side note, what do you guys think of MagPul MBUS sights?
