I had the same recurrent problem that did not respond to repeat disassembly/cleaning. Fighting with it for the last month. Yesterday, I fixed it! I took it apart and used my Dremel first with a tiny stainless steel wire brush to clean then polished the heck out of it with red rouge and a felt wheel, lubed with dry graphite, and reassembled. Works flawlessly now!

I did all of these bit still had issues. So, I went one step further. I took the primer bar system apart completely, and used my Dremel with a polish wheel and the red rouge and polished the heck out of eveyr part that contacted. I then cleaned it all with carb cleaner and lubed it all with dry graphite and reassembled and voila!!! Primer systems feeds perfectly again.
