Hey Guys, Sorry to bother you all with a beginner type question but this is definetly the place to ask. I've been shooting production in USPSA and am thinking about stepping up to Single Stack. Is there any advantage of the 45 to a 40s&w? I would think the 40 would kick less and allow for a smoother and faster transition but thought I'd ask some experts. In addition, is a 1911 style pistol with a magwell legal? From the USPSA rule book it looks that way but just thought I'd check before I spent money on a new gun. Also any suggestions for a good SS would be appreciated. Thanks and sorry for all the questions. JDV

So my question is about the Sig X5 line. I'm shooting a 226 elite in production & love my sig enough where I want another. I'm wanting to use my existing as a backup & get a X5 for matches. Is the x5 with the wood grips and adjustable trigger worth the extra $$? Because its quite a bit more than the competition model. I considering the competition and have heard good things but wanted to get feedback. I'm just looking forward to no more DA pull. Any opinion would be appreciated. Thanks Joe

Hey Guys, I have a Sig 226 Elite stainless and was wondering if anyone had experience with the .22lr conversion kit from sig. I wasn't sure if it would function the same as on the other pistols....but I hope so because it would save some money. My other question is that I have the factory night sights on the pistol and wanted to switch out to a rear adjustable sight and a fiberoptic front. The front sight has an "8" on the left side, so does this mean I would need to order a front "8" sight from Dawson, if I was to use them for the fiberoptic sight? Also I can't find anything on adjustable rear sights for the sig, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for so many questions. Joe
