Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Mr brian,i hope that you did not take my response as trying to get someone to buy reloading supplies.I thought that you were inquiring as if you were wanting military brass decrimped, and i was just giving a lead.If im mistaking,or havent seen on your site where you provide that service. If you want the name i was referring to earlier, let me know, and ill be glad to give it to you,as im certain you probablly know him,hes been reloading and shooting since the age of 13,and now in his mid 60's,and some years ago,had an ammo factory up north.Someone has emailed me,and led me to believe that i may have offended you,if so i am truly sorry.
  2. Mr Ghost Dog,im not sure if your looking for military ammo to be reloaded, and what the regs are on shipping, but ive got a friend here in Texas, that has a reloading factory, and can reload those, and also specializes in 50 cal. also.Hes been reloading many years, and my go to guy for questions,as hes been reloading many years, and very good friends with Mike Dillon,Rick with Mr Bullet feeder, and many of the heavy hitters and major suppliers. He also buys in incrediable bulk to give you the best deal.
  3. I know i sent mine off to Dillon and they virtually replaced everything on it. There was a copy of almost 3 pages worth of parts, just for the cost of shipping.
  4. I need to follow you around, ive never had any luck like that. What a deal, the angels were shining down on you that day.Id buy every press i could find at that price, regardless of condition. lol
  5. By buying here at this site, the price is competitive and the support, customer is unparrelled.
  6. With Dillon you can send the press in,pay shipping and a small charge and theyll clean it up and restore any and all parts it needs.
  7. Its cheaper, but not always a lot cheaper, but a great advantage to reloading is adjusting your charges ect,to make a better and more accurate grouping.
  8. I can defnitely manually index my 550 just as fast as the 650 indexes automatically, but the speed comes in with the case feeder.
  9. Used is quiet alright with me because,Dillon will warranty or replace any defective parts,no matter if your the first buyer or the 14th buyer.also if it falls off a truck and breaks, theyll replace it.it doesnt matter how its broken, or whos fault it is,theyll warranty it.The folks here on Brian enos, however has some of the best customer service that i have ever encountered.
  10. In my opinion the Rl-1000 was made better than the super 1050(not saying the super 1050 isnt awesome)but the RL1050 is tough to find parts for.
  11. My best friend has a Dillon RL-1000 with a Hornady lock N Load bullet feeder, and i thinks its a great combination.
  12. The shellplate and the locator buttons are the same, but you can buy a different powder funnel from Brian Enos. 45acp uses the E-13782 powder funnel 308 win uses the B-13587 powder funnel
  13. Brian Enos(this web site)has caliber conversion charts, that make it so easy to compare to what shell plates cross to fit what, and the same for powder funnels and locator buttons.
  14. I currently have 2- rl550b's and 2-xl650's,but i mainly use the 550's because i can set up easier, and they dont advance automatically when your trying to make adjustments, however when you are set up on the 650,it will produce alot of ammo.
