  1. No primer system on it, it will be straight processing. With the large crank counterweight looks a little bit like an RL 1050 You would think the price would be less than half of the super 1050 pic is from the shot show
  2. I picked up a used set up and this is the company that makes it. Did a couple modifications to the support system. https://www.reloaders.com/collections/auto-drive-electric-system/products/dillon-xl-650-auto-drive
  3. These 4 all have a mat chrome finish and all are still very sharp.
  4. If you just leave the wire tie on for a few days it forms in that shape slides on and off very easy seems to work extremely well, at least for me.
  5. I have been running a simple wire tie across from the bullet drop station to the seating station all the way to the crimp station. Have been doing this on both my 1050s for quite some time, helps stabilize the shellplate along with bullet tip over coming to the seating die. Here’s a pic of what I mean.
  6. Are things still working out on the suggestions ? Sorry could not type all that information maybe if it is you could relate to others. Hope it’s working out.
  7. Yep you can look here for a few pics on the second page.
  8. No problem ! Post a few pics of the set up once you get it all done.
  9. You just need to use the spacers like the 9mm ones in the magazine that will cure your feeding problem. Another good wildcat cartridge to consider is the 9 x 25
  10. I recently just received my second mount from Rick also what a great guy !
  11. It’s just call a 1/2x3/4 to PVC adapter just show the hardware guy the picture and he’ll figure it out.
  12. I have this done on my 357 sig. set up for the reason I have a cut down die and have to hold it from underneath with no problems at all
  13. I will check and see if my buddy had drawn something up when he made these
  14. I would like to take credit for this but actually my buddy “Bill” made me a set of these when we noticed flex in both of our machines. We both have this set up on 650s and noticed some inconsistencies, after a little brainstorming together he’s a machinist, he came up with this. The one other thing that was done that you can’t see is the upper pin was removed and each end of the shoulders were machined back some. This modification now let you snug the upper pin bolts which caused the arms to press against the press and makes it that much more ridgid. I have since moved in a different direction and sold the 650 and after this upcoming holiday will be listing this drive unit with this modification in the classifieds. I would like to be able to say he could make this for others but with his busy schedule at work it’s difficult enough to get little things done like this just for himself and for me to when I bug him enough lol
  15. Here’s some pictures of what I had done to take care of the inconsistencies this takes out any bit of flex whatsoever keep things much more stable and consistent. The original set up have a little bit of flex with the Dillon knuckle where the handle mounted to. Now there’s absolutely no movement whatsoever.
  16. Thanks and hope all goes well with the slide release.
  17. The first one on my limited gun has been hard chromed, this one is aluminum and it has been anodized.
  18. CK Arms it’s the metal version. Love it ! I also have one of his aluminum version on one of my guns if you want me to post a picture.
  19. Not sure about that one but this is the one I run on my limited gun and really like it but not sure if it’s legal for IDPA https://www.brownells.com/handgun-parts/frame-parts/slide-catch-parts/slide-catches/1911-extended-slide-stop-prod8728.aspx
  20. Just seeing this thread. I've have his standalone mount for about a year now and love it !!!
  21. Thanks and actually I'm just using a couple of Lee dies, the first one is a Lee 40c sizing die the second one is a Lee universal de-capping die.
