I know that Plated 230 gr. FMJ is not what was used or still is used to Load the .45ACP G.I. Load . I just trying to save on loading cost.

I plan on loading as close to the G.I. .45ACP Load as possible and I plan on using a 230gr FMJ plated or jacket bullet, which ever I can get the cheaper in bulk.

I want to copy the G.I. Load to just shoot my Kmber Warrior that will be customize by Steve at Mars Armament.

I need to find the best Powder to start loading 223/5.56 GI Load? I am planning to change my Dillon 550 from .45 ACP and get into loading a G.I. 55 grn. 223 /5.56 ammo.
