I don't normally post but I was Covid bored. I just wanted to show off my 1988 CZ 75. Unfortunately, I replaced the main spring plug with lanyard with just the plug and now I lost the original lanyard. I also replaced the flat spring mag brake with the shadow and lost that part as well. Other than that, its all original. the third pick is with her younger sister, the SP01 Tactical.
  3. I am wondering what mods are allowed in Production division. Can I replace the hammer and trigger? Specifically, I am looking to upgrade with the CGW 75210 Pro Package.
  4. HI. I am not sure this is the right forum for this question but I am looking for clarification on Action Pistol Production class rules. Does anyone know if you can replace the hammer and trigger and still be production class legal? I am shooting a CZ SP01 Tactical and plan on doing a CGW trigger job.
  5. This maybe off topic but I have a question on NRA action pistol production class. I am new to this competition and I am looking for clarification. I have a CZ 75 SP01 Tactical. Can I change the trigger or hammer and still remain a production pistol? If this is not the proper place for this inquiry, please be kind and direct me to a source for that answer if known. Thanks.
  6. I had it happen with the original recoil spring as well. It looks like it failed to hang on as it was extracting because the shell was partially removed from the chamber.
  7. Has anyone had a fail to extract issue. I fired 100 rounds without a problem. Cleaned the gun and on a second occasion fired another 100 rounds, no problems. I then did the a fore mentioned polishing job, replaced the plunger spring with Hennings #18 and replaced the recoil spring to 8lb with the accompanying firing pin spring. I then brought it to the range and had two fail to extract malfunctions during the next 50 rounds. Any advice?

  9. I am looking for advice. I finally got my hands on a Stock 3 and want to begin my mods. First, the recoil spring. I am shooting 115 grain 9mm rounds. I was thinking that leaving the stock recoil spring in is a good idea because of the lighter bullet. Second, I measured the trigger pull at just under 4.5 lbs. I need to have a minimum of 3.5 lbs. Does anyone know what reduction I will get if I change the plunger spring using the plunger spring in the Henning stock 2 upgrade kit. i was thinking about just polishing hings up and leaving it be.
  10. Darn. I really wanted that gun for IDPA SSP. Anyway to shave 2 oz off the gun?
  11. According to EAA the Stock III is 43 oz. I thought IDPA SSP weight limit was 43 oz?
  12. Is the Stock III IDPA legal for SSP?
