  1. I've still been working up a load. So far i've had no issues with loading the bullets short causing miss feeds. And the E3 seems to meter very well in my 650.
  2. Good to know RDA, some guys had said that it didn't.
  3. Has anyone shot these for groups yet? Just curious how well they shoot with 69gr and above ammo.
  4. Thanks for the info guy's. I'm going to load some up and check accuracy and feeding in both the CZ and M&P. Then I can go from there to see if I need to make two different OAL's. Now I need to see if the E3 will meter well out of the 650. Thanks, Matt
  5. Thanks MoonJeong, I'll keep that in mind.
  6. Ok, well I'll play with these and see how it goes. if I have to, I'll switch over to RN. I got a good deal on these so I might as well try to make them work.
  7. Laughingdog, what gun were you loading them for?
  8. They seem to feed great. I only loaded a few to try, I started at 3.0 gr. I am going to load a few more and check velocities and accuracy and then see what they do in my M&P.
  9. I bought some of the Berry's Hollow Base Flat Point bullets, I'm loading them up for the wife's CZ. I checked the OAL using the spent case method and kept coming up with 1.063 to 1.065, I took .010 off and I'm right around 1.053 to 1.055 currently. They drop in the chamber fine and feed fine. Is there anyone shooting these in their CZ's? I'm using E3 for powder right now. And being on the short side for the CZ, will they shoot fine in the M&P's? I'd be nice if I could have one load for the various pistols.
  10. I happened across one of the 21" models today. Man I fell in love, the LOP is perfect for me and no cutting required. I like the sharper checkering on the stock too, some people might think its too much though. It seams to be a very well built Shotgun right out of the box. The only thing I need to decide is if I want to sell my VM for one of these.
  11. Ok probably gonna do the guide rod, at least give it a try anyway. Any particular brand? A few mentioned the tool less type, but i only found those for the 5" guns and not the STI 4.15". And where should I start spring wise? I'm shooting 115 factory loads, but I want to go to the 125's when i start reloading.
  12. Well now i guess I need to go shopping. I was going to start reloading for my 9mm this winter, but I don't have figured out what I want to run yet. I was thinking something like the 125's or so. Currently I just shoot the 115 factory loads. Guess i'll have to figure out what springs I want to run and go from there.
  13. no issues yet, but I don't have many rounds thru it yet. Guess I need to look into FLGR's now and then springs. Any recommendations on springs?
  14. So, I bought a STI Tactical 4.15 9mm and it has the Recoil master in it. When I shoot some 115's in it, it just seems like the slide is so slow. I did some looking and it appears some people love it or hate it. I don't remember the nose of the pistol dipping or not. It was a used pistol, so I'm not a 100% sure its stock, but appears to be. I'm used to Glocks and M&P's where the slides seem faster. Anyone's thoughts? I just didn't want to spend the extra on new springs and a FLGR if I don't need them. Thanks

    Dads M&P's

How does the Limited gun shoot recoil wise compared to stock? Softer, snappier? Both are nice looking BTW.
  16. Well the Shotty showed up, Nordic goodies will be here next week. Does anyone have any good clean pics of a opened up loading port on the SX3 specifically? I've seen the FN's, but none of an SX3 to compare.
  17. Thanks for the suggestions guy's. I'm gonna check out the Rudy Project glasses when I have a few.
  18. Thanks for the link, I didn't see those earlier. There is a dealer close, hopefully they will have a selection of frames and the lens colors that I can look at. After reading some of the replies I'm thinking this might be the way to go, I'm just not sure I'll like the lens adapters.

    M&P mags

44mag.com gets them in occasionally. They did raise their pricing, but they do have a "notify me when in stock" feature.
  20. I did a search and read the sticky, but I still have a question about prescription shooting glasses. Do most of you guys prefer actual RX lenses like ESS has or the lens adapter that goes behind the lenses like the Rudy project has? I've seen some complaints that the lens adapters have weird glares and such do to the double lenses. Those seem do be a little more cost effective if you want a clear set and a tinted set rather than having two sets of RX lenses made up for the ESS glasses. Thanks
  21. Thats kinda what I was thinking. Just didnt want to make a mistake and have to mess around sending something back.
  22. Does anyone know what length Mag extension I need to make it flush or close to flush with the 26" barrel? I'd like to get one on order before the shotgun gets here to measure it.
  23. Good point, never did understand why no one makes larger on the ON side.
  24. Does anyone make an enlarged safety for these? The parts hunting begins.
  25. Any tips on fitting the stock? And the one I can get now as opposed to waiting has a 28" barrel on it, so I'll have to get it trimmed down or find a shorter one. I know the SLP barrels fit I just need to locate one.
