Ask yourself this: why would I, as a student, want to spend my hard earned money to get instruction from you? You were in the Army and have deployments under your belt? You were a firearms instructor? Big deal. I can take more tactical oriented classes for $450 from Pat Mac (Delta's old firearms instructor) or Frank Proctor (Army SF). Both of those guys are also Grandmasters in USPSA. If I simply wanted to increase my performance with a pistol, I'd take classes from the best shooters in the world like Ben Stoeger or Robert Vogel. What are you going to offer your students that is different from what those guys are offering? I also recommend you go to a USPSA match and see where you stack up, it may be a very humbling experience. Good luck and I hope you can achieve your goals.
