I just started shooting a CZ and after reading the forum, i noticed that there was some discussion about checking the size of the finish bullet in a sizing gauge. Is this really necessary? If it is necessary were can I get a case gauge? thanks.

I'm going to shoot my first shoot with my new Shadow this weekend. I would like to know if you could lock the safety on or do you have to have the hammer down. I have been practicing with this gun. WOW!! Glad I made the investment.

I just bought a CZ Shadow. I have been using factory shells to break it in now I want to start to reload. Anyone have a good 124 jhp load + OAL. Thanks, I know this is the place for the information.

I don't what your conversion count is but your divorce count is one. My wife found out about the CZ 75 SA I just bought that this forum made me by. Along with the Shadow I just bought, my wife ended up going out and bought a new refrigerator. you can add a refrigerator to you cz conversion list.

Can you shoot major pf with a CZ75 shadow? I know it my be a dumb questions but I just wanted to make sure. Just for information when I reload. I figure you guys would know all about it. thanks, good luck with your shooting.

I recently purchased a CZ 75 Shadow, this was after a thread in this forum. Fantastic gun. My problem is that I enjoy shooting both production and I switch off to limited. I have a glock 35 that I have been using, nothing special KKM barrel, trigger job etc. After shooting the CZ with the steel, the feel. the trigger and the weight, and then shooting the glock, i felt a significant difference in handling & moving. I shot both well but considering the CZ is brand new not even preliminary practice and I shot the same score as the Glock (which I have shot about a year). My mind is telling me to get a CZ for limited, but my wallet is telling me quit spending. NOTE, i haven't mentioned any new guns or my desires to my wife, yet. probably never will, she doesn't shoot nor does she go to my gun room to look at anything, so i think i can sneak it in. She works she has her money and I have my money. But, I would really appreciate someone talking me out of it. Please tell me all the cons and I impractical it would be to give up my Glock and spend money on another CZ. I actually have located a CZ BSA 40 that I can get brand new really reasonable. So, thanks guys and start discouraging me.

I have been a follower of this forum for a little while, but i think i have read every pro or con on every kind of gun that has been on this site. I have been shooting a glock 34 in production, and i have had good scores and not so good scores. The gun works flawlessly but i can't seem to be getting were i want to be. I do realize that dry fire time and range time is the key factor and i think that i have been doing just about all i can afford to be doing. This past weekend i shot a friends CZ and absolutely fell in love with it, i actually shot the highest score that i have ever shot. I have tried the springfield and smith & wessons and shot them about equivalent to my glock. Just for my own satisfication do you think changing my shooting format was the right thing to do. i have been shooting the glock 34 in competition for about a year and a half and just can't crack the nut. Honest imput would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

Many years ago I use to shoot Cowboy Action, but then I discovered USPSA. I have been using the 45long colt bullets up in the 45 acp without any issues. My question is the use of the 38long colt in a 9mm case. I feel the diam might not be the issue but the length bothers me. Has anyone tried doing this, and it is dangerous? I have a used glock 34 that i have been using for practice and plinking. But, I have decided to get into this sport. I have just started loading pistol shells and I have noticed that the case lubricant and polishing compounds are a bit much. Does anyone have any alternative suggestions for them. Thanks.

I need some help with a decision. I would like to start to shoot Single Stack, but just as change of pace to my shooting Limited. I was thinking about getting the STI Spartan, and would like to hear some pros or cons about the gun. Money is tight but shooting is funner. thanks for your imput.

As far as calling shots, well, the way I shoot (which I do very safe and I have one heck of a lot of fun doing) my shot calling is usually restricted to the general area of the target. If it hits the target the word LUCK and not SHOT CALL comes into play. See ya on the range.

I am just purchased my first optical sight. My question is, when I sight this pistol in do I do it the same way I sight my rifles in, or do I try to keep the dot lined up with the back sight. As you can tell I am a newbe and I have never shot or used one of these sights. Appreciate your help in advance.

I was looking at Lone Wolf website. They have a trigger enhancement package showing a 3.5 connector (which I understand about) but they sall for a NY #1 trigger spring. Can some one inform me to its advantages or disadvantages or is an aftermarket gizmo? thanks
