I am sure this might be a questionable question. But I have been reading about the size difference in primer pockets. Is there some easy way to identify the difference in large and small primer pockets.

Hi, i just purchased by first lead bullets. i need information on powders. I have Titegroup and Clays powders. Does anyone have any good recipes for these powders? thanks good shooting

I have been reloading for a while now. I do not have any issues with the 124 jhp or the 115 gr bullets. I was trying to load 147 fmj montana gold bullets. i was using range brass, but i use a redding resizing tool. the bullets have a distincting buldge in the cast. i pre fit ammo for a match and they do fit in the chamber. i shoot a CZ Shadow. is there danger in shooting this ammunition. i know this is a rookie question, but i figure maybe someone else has had this problem. thanks good shooting

Not really what i would have expected. Shot around 5,300 rounds. I shooting minor loads not major, I don't know if that should have made a difference. I ordered my steel rods this morning. good luck with yours. good shooting

Was at a local match this weekend and broke my first factory guide rods. Were is the best place to get the S.S. guide rod replacements? I shoot both a 40 TS and a 9MM Shadow. I know this is the best place to ask this question. thanks guys, good shooting see you at Area 6

Recently purchased gram springs and followers for my tactical sport. they told me they were for the extended magazines, but I could just cut them down for the shorter mags. Before I cut the springs is there anything special that I would need to make sure I do. This is my first mag spring change since I've been shooting so I don't want to have problems at the next shoot. I know this is a simple procedure but I just want make sure I do it right. thanks guys, good shooting

Well, thanks to you gentlemen on this forum and burningsquirrels, you have hooked me on CZ pistols. I am a confessed x-glock owner. I have a tactical sport 40, sp-01 shadow, both have been tricked out by angus. I wanted to buy a back up for production so i bought one of the new SP-01.(actually i just figured my income tax out and wanted to get another gun before the wife spent the refund, or even new about it). it being just a back up gun i really didn't want to spend a lot of money tricking it out. what would be the minimum i should do, in you guys opinion? thanks, and yes i am a nube, and thanks to this forum and cz pistols i am having me a good old time. good shooting

I have a TS 40 that I am using in limited (great gun) but last weekend I had issues with magazine feeding (that has been resolved using information from this forum). I decided that I should carry a back up gun, my problem is the only backup gun I have right now is my Shadow in 9mm. I need information (can I, should I & how) on loading bullets to meet the major pf. I use TG, federal primers. I have 147 fmj montana golds. Is it safe to load major and shoot it threw the shadow. If this information is anywhere it should be on this forum, thanks and good shooting.

OK, I have a SP01 Shadow Custom, 9mm. will the mags fit in a CZ75B or a CZ75 SP01. thanks

I have a 40cal Tactical Sport and was looking to get a back up gun. I was wondering if the CZ75 SP01 40cal use the same mags as the Tactical Sport? thanks

Let me try to explain what happend this weekend at a shoot with my Tactical Sports 40cal. My gun was absolutely clean, inside out and upside down. I have 8 magazines I shot the first stage had to reload twice, when i finished the stage and went to eject the magazine it was stuck in the gun. I raked the balance of the bullets from the gun and had to pry the magazine from the gun. I took it back to the safe table and tried to insert the mag again it went in and it stuck again. I put the magazine on the wide. This same thing happened again on the next three stages. It turns out that I have 4 magazines that will not cycle in the gun and 4 that do not have any problems. Yes they are all the same 40 cal Tactical Sport magazines, i purchased them from CZCUSTOM. I have shoot these magazines for about the last 3 mos and now this happens. I went home and put a brush in the mag well took the gun apart cleaned the gun again throughly and cleaned the mags. But they still get stuck about half way up the mag well. I am at a loss. I new these would be the place to get information. thanks for you help good shooting.
