Take a foam ear plug and cut a small disk off of it insert between hammer and firing pin. I Dry Fire with a full mag of dummy rounds and DO NOT CHAMBER a round never had a problem even with extended firing pins.

Sight tracker is legal in L-10....

Well after a year several calls to Dillon,damaged cases,constantly replacing shell plate adapters and constant mis feeding on every reloading session I have given up on this aftermarket case feeder. I have three 550s and think Dillon is by far the best just this application to the 550 IMO just doesn't work. Best of luck. rcc96

Recently purchased a Para holster block for my race master holster and find the weapon to be very loose,you can rock the nose at least a 1/2" up and down and the weapon feels like it wants to fall forward out of the holster. Lock works just very very sloppy ... Any experiences? Thanks. Rcc

Matt did two 6" slides for me at the time good turn around,I did have him reblue the slides before returning them...If I had to do it again I would have kept the slides in the white and have somebody else do the refinish...

MSH..ISMI 17lb 13 on the recoil..dont forget extended firing pin,100% for me.

Looking for some ideas to mount a 2"abs shute which would collect the finished round,dropping them into a bin underneath my loading bench. Any suggestions / Any pictures? Dave

Just added the case feeder to my 550 and running into a small problem... Position #1 every so often the cartridge will not completely seat tight against the shell plate causing the brass to be crushed... Have rechecked all and trouble shooting guide from dillon still unable to resolve…. Any experiences? Thanks. Dave

Gary, I respect your views and hard work for the sport however I will lobby for CHANGE... Look whats currently happening with IDPA "tiger teams" at some point OLD SCHOOL such as Bill Wilson and others thinking process of their sport needs to evolve...

Thanks Gary that's pretty much what I was trying to get from the beginning ..I do appreciate the hard work you have put into the division and agree it could even be better.. Chuck how many times a year do you shoot SS?

It's not the distance from the belt...it's half the way up into your arm pit... Why do they allow the doh in production and not SS...?
