  1. I am fine with Xtreme 124 RN loaded to 1.137 but I tried a few Rainier 124 FP and they are engaging the rifling at 1.070. They were not coming out of the chamber and had to be fired to clear the gun.
  2. I did not use the jam nut provided I used a standard crush washer and it has been working so far. Working out the right load for your weight of buffer may help more then the comp. When shooting some light loads with a fast burning powder almost no gas came out of the sides of the comp (that could be seen) and the recoils was lighter but the red dot moved higher on the target between shots.
  3. It depends on the load you will be shooting. Everyone said it didn't matter so I ordered one that looked sort of like the JP on my other rifle. It made a difference in muzzle rise and the speed I could double tap a target. I am running high gas open 9mm loads with Longshot. It is the Steel TANKER Muzzle Brake, the finish is not as nice as the JP but when everyone said it wouldn't matter I wanted something to protect the threads when it was getting tossed in a barrel.
  4. I am looking at building a 9mm AR for PCC and am trying to find a good comp without buying the wrong one. I have heard that the comps on a 9mm AR are pointless. Hoping to hear for a person who has tried one. I am looking at either of the JP options.
  5. It has more blast back at the shooter then any other comp I have tried but it shoots really flat. For 3 gun targets it is fast and the gun never moves off target.
  6. I thought the 3-Gun Nation Standard Time for a classifier was a pro time. I've noticed for that this year they seem to be switching things up. I must have missed the memo. Does anyone know what the new rule is for setting a standard time, and how that affects points? Will points/classifications drop each time a new standard time is set? Thanks
  7. I like the SJC thumbrest that can be added to the 90 degree mount for the c-more for an open glock.
  8. The SJC is nice and adds some weight to the glock.
  9. Have you tried a Remington versamax? They are one of the most reliable Auto loading shotgun. They will function every shell you feed them.
  10. Therealkoop - Thank you for the clarification. We'll be running matches at Miami Valley Shooting Grounds year-round on the 4th Saturday of the month. Hope to see you there! We'll be posting match information on: https://www.facebook.com/Miami-Valley-Steel-Shooters-909925789073724/?fref=ts
  11. My club just started using 3-Gun Nation rules this month. We had a shooter today that has considerably more experience tell us it is a rule that you have to completely clear and firearm before moving downrange. I might have just missed it, but I could not find the exact wording anywhere in the rules. Additionally, I have seen many classifiers and other matches like run. P.S. This is not me. I just borrowed the video for illustration from YouTube. Is clearing the firearm completely a rule in 3-Gun Nation, or does the firearm just have to be grounded in an approved container and on safe? Thanks
  12. We post scores, stages and updates on https://www.facebook.com/Miami-Valley-Steel-Shooters-909925789073724/.

  14. 12.25lbs without a mag, looks just like the one above but has the harris bipod. The dot doesn't move at all.
  15. This has been one of the biggest debates in trap for years. I load 7.5's shot for my wife and I shoot 8's.
  16. Had the same problem and went with the 90 mount and have not had a jam since. It will run with mags that jam up other guns now.
  17. I have been loading 1.137 with 124 extreme. It was my standard load for glocks and they dropped in to the barrel without hanging up. One of the other shooters at the match was commenting on how far the brass was ejecting though. What is average? Mine was ejecting a good 10 feet out of the cz but will barely function a glock.

    P01 Question

I don't specically see the threaded barrel but this is a link to the list. http://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-NROI-production-gunlist.php
  19. Do both now come with the same SRTS from the custom shop or is the Accu Shadow have a better trigger? Shadow Custom says this, Drop in Pre B Short Reset / Swing forward Disconnector Ext Firing Pin, Lighter Spring Pin Spring. Accu shadow says, *CZC SHORT reset trigger system “CZC SRTS” Do these both mean the same thing? New to CZ's would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
  20. Sign up starts at 9:00 Shooting will start by 10:00. It is only 4 stages so I think you should be fine. But it depends on the number of shooters. You will be able to shoot the stages in any order that you choose so if one has a lot of people you can shoot another and come back to it after you shoot the others.

  22. Do you have to put them in the tumbler 1 at a time or will it hurt anything to throw them in together?
