    Holster Wear

Arent they applying Tenifer anymore? I have a 2nd generation G1 as it is 7 and any apparent damage to the finish comes on by cleaning as it is always the Glock biting on anything else that comes in contact with it. Mine only haves some wear on internal contact surfaces.

    Glock Sights

i gave a try to a fiber optic front sight (HiViz) but found better to stick to the factory three dot because I can see the front sigth better with bad light. Funny because I was fully expecting the fiber optic to cath more ligth... I should try a thinner front sigth, however.
  3. i'm really happy with my Ky Tac, it tokk a long wait but i deem it well worth it.
  4. ia have a couple KJ, metal slides and like them. i have had a breakage nut the maker is resonsive and sold me spares. its Tkio Marui compatible also. I got a TM G18C and is pure crap. I'm havin to replace everithing starting with a metal slide and outer barrel. i tried to put in some fiber optic sights but it doesen't tke parts from TM G17... Now it has broken the firin mechanism.. I think qhen finised replacing everything I'll get a decent tool but that will cost me mucho more than a real firearm. only i can do some practice that's impossible with a real gun, like getting used to watch the from sight moving around. There are good reources on youtube related to assembly/dissasembly and replacement parts.
  5. I'm really glad I bought a Ky-Tac Sooper Scooper.
  6. I'm really pleased with my new Ky-Tac holster. However I'n fed up with my club training progam. The schedule is incoveniente and they are only interested in burning up a lo t of ammo as quickly as possible. My dry firing and airsoft training have helped me mucho more. i have just ordered several bookd from this webpage. Hope they help me to advance in this sport.
  7. Thanksfor your greetings folks.
  8. I had a KJ Works G23 and was really nice. with metal slide controls and even triggr felt quite clos to the real thing. However I didn't found it suitable for practicing magazine changes due to them landing upside down and breaking. When it broke du to use of red gas and wasn't able to locate another nor spare parts I was led to buy a "superb" Tokyo Marui. That's very poor copy. Dosen't fell at all near the real thnig and in usus up a lot of gas. Alos difficult to find parts. Definitely the wrong choice.
  9. Well found (this is a literally translation of an spanish greeting expression)
  10. Hello, My name is Felix, I'm fron Madrid (Spain) 47 year old and past year started practisin IPSC. I'm hooked on the sport but dislike the long waitings between stages. I'm competing in production division usin a Glock 17 1st generation. I have an europena belt and magazine carriers. I just swapped from glock service holster to a super scooper and I'm very pleased. I reached this web looking for literature to expand muy training. Hope to exchange useful information trough the forum. Best regards.
