The problem is not the OAL but it is the Empty case length that has stretched longer than the optimal length.The normal length of 9mm Brass is .754 I have found some as long as .760 and even though they pass a Dillon case gauge they will force past the end of barrel Chamber shoulder sometimes and lockup slide or cause slide to not lockup in battery.If this is the problem you are having this may be your problem?Range Brass you never know how it was reloaded or what kind of gun it was shot out of?

After further checking my problem was a Buffer Tech buffer I had in my gun and the range brass i have been using.I am coming across 9mm brass that has stretched and will not allow gun to lock up but will fit in my Dillon Check gauge ?

I am having the same problem myself but mine only happens on the second round?I fire first round double action and follow up single when it fires?These are on two new mags with Wolff +15 as the label states but sold as +10 ?I will check my SP-01 for the things you tried and see. But like I stated it is only on the second round ?

It is hard for me to understand why you can put this replacement barrel bushing in https://cajungunworks.com/product/75220-sp-01-barrel-bushing/and it is supposedly Legal because it is aFactory bushing and the 10X which is still a bushing that fits the slide and retained the same way but has a tighter clearance but it is not legal?

I have only been using My STI Eagle 9 for IDPA and USPSA Minor.My STI Mags are all Factory followers and Spacers on my SV mags I use in USPSA in Minor I use both STI and SV mags.The SV mags have no spacer and also my 9,s are not loaded any longer than my IDPA loads and I have no problems.

You can get the Accu Shadow from CZC or Oak Hill Enterprises and IMHO all is needed for a great trigger pull is switching out the Main Spring to a #8.5 and a Reduced power Firing Pin Spring but you will need to run Federal Primers.

Also if you still have you factory FPS try putting it back in and see what happens?Are you also positive you have ordered to correct Firing Pin?There are different versions of it also.Try original FP also.

Did you get your reduced power Firing pin springs from CGW?When I got mine from CGW I originally got the RP-FPS on my Shadow it went on to far and pushed over the stop on pin and there was no tension on stop.I called CGW and they said at least the Shadows and not sure if all new SP-01 have a different spring so the sent me out springs #97041 I would call them as this may be your problem?The spring you have may be spreading out at hammer end and causing firing pin to bind inside channel?

If your video of the pencil test is right your primers are not the problem!!My SP-01 Custom with a 8.5# main will launch a Pencil at least 1 1/2 feet up.You FPS should not grip the fire pin and also the SP01 Shadows have a different length .I found out when I got RPS from CGW and there was not enough spring length to hold enough tension for retainer to hold FP stop.CGW can set you straight on that.They sent me out the correct ones.So if you have a Shadow SP-01 and it is newer you need the RP spring for a Shadow SP-01 not a FPS for a CZ 75.

Are these screws breaking from 130 PF IDPA loads or Full USPSA 165 + PF loads or Factory ammo ?

VP 9 with MED sides and back strap or the Small sides and back strap are CCP legal also can be used in SSP and ESP.The large will not fit in box.
