A brief range report: I today shot this pistol for the first time. After checking the bore and lubing the rails a bit, it was off to the races for 250 rounds of "been in the garage since dirt" .22 LR. In a nutshell - this pistol rocks! I paid $600 with hopes that it would reasonably replicate my competiton 1911, would run reliably, would demonstrate adequate accuracy, and would same me some money on ammo cost. It all works. No malfunctions in 250 rounds. The trigger feels like a crisp 4 pounds. Accuracy was very, very good. The good news/bad news is that there's no muzzle rise, muzzle blast, or recoil. It's like shooting a .45 ACP but, a smidgen different. All in all, the best thing since canned beer. Best regards, ELN.
