grip screw bushings came loose on colt frame

how can the grip screw be removed from the bushing without damageing the threads on the grip screw bushings.

Hello from far West Texas. I am 63 yrs old and retired after 34 yrs service at the local electric utility. Worked part time at a local gun shop and enjoyed every minute I spent there. Just recently purchased new Witness Compact in 40sw and after 300 rounds have not had any problems. I reload for several different calibers, 38super, 45acp,357sig, and now for the 40sw. Look forward to this forum
