  1. THANKS CUZ!!!!!!!!! Wow, no sooner than I start bitchin' I'm proved wrong! Case of 124 JHP
  2. I run the PD v2’s. just saying MG might as well be out of business as you can ever get anything for more than a while now
  3. I'd be interested in your experience running the 8.5 load in the gun without the poppel holes. I'm running that in my STI GM with a Thundercomp 2 - no poppels. Thinking was with the extra holes in the comp I'd need more gas... Thoughts?
  4. Ever to be offred for sale to the unwashed mid-level masses again? Or are we sentenced to Precision Delta for life? (LOL)
  5. G43 or G36, wife has a G42 - STI Grandmaster Open or Brazos .40 LTD, G34 when I shot production.
  6. thats even a better deal than I got - 10 bucks cheaper - so far so good in my PCC
  7. Used dry hands but now a stainless grip there is no need
  8. Rise makes the aim surplus triggers
  9. Hey all, I was looking for more H335 but then Natchez offered no hazmat so I picked up 4 lbs of SW Tactical Rifle. Looks like its in between AA2230 and H335. Goin with 24.5 and there about to find best accuracy with Hornady 55g FMJs. I've done a bunch or searches (here and the stupidnet) for people's experiences. Looks like Match, AR Plus, and Tactical have swapped around a little. It shows .223 max at 24.5 - close to my H335 load of 25 but then shows .556 up to 27 so lots of headroom.
  10. Just bought 4lbs of Tactical Rifle, never used it before, thinking its close to AA2230.
  11. fronch fries, fronch bread, fronch dressing...
  12. might be cranking it up so you dont go minor
  13. 400s never a problem, they leave a dimple on the last round in but never a slam fire
  14. open guns... dirty and drippy - HS-6 because I have 10lbs left
  15. mine is with a carbine gas system and adjustable block - shoots pretty flat and tame. Great fireballs with H335.
  16. CMC, rise armament 140, and Aim Surplus SSTAT (rise 140) all work great for me in AR and PCC
  17. my son has one on his AR and I bought the Aim Surplus $89.00 for my PCC on sale (140 made by rise) - 3.5 lb break and work great. I'm not sophisticated enough to appreciate a 200+ trigger
  18. UM Tactical breaks works great and adjustable, expensive, but I won it at a prize table.
  19. Varget is so expensive now compared to other acceptable powders
  20. if you want more velocity and true 5.56 loads you would be looking at crimping primers, reloading .223 at that velocity leads to cratered or popped primers. Don't ask me how I know! I settled on 25g H335 with 55g and never thought about it again... or just try lighter varmint bullets.
  21. no expert on pcc but the psa upper i built intially had a 6.2oz 9mm buffer and as a lefty was getting crap in the face - 4.3 W231 124 FMJ. Went to a 8.5 oz 9mm buffer and no in the face anymore. Think its more how long before the carrier starts to move. Admitted this is not a sooper smancy pcc
  22. X-treme used, 124 HPCB in my open gun with HS6. Run great, be careful with crimp at longer lengths because if you over crimp those suckers will bounce out in your mag!! Got a ridiculous deal on a large quantity. Cheap and great for local matches and no comp cleaning like coated. 180 flat point in .40 limited with Titegroup. Ran fine as accurate as i was. 124 round nose. Did not like them as they tumbled in my glocks. Titegroup again. Will use them in my new pcc sure theyll be fine. but now with prices I just go with jacketed and stop the farting around with them.
