The shoulder of the bullet is hitting the edge of the chamber on the EGW guage. If you load it shorter, you should be able to get it to seat properly in that guage. I have found that the EGW guage is tighter than every barrel I own. I have overcrimped in the past due to this. This is why I, along with others, switched to the hundo guage. What puzzle? The slide going forward after a slidelock reload is normal for mist autoloading pistols. The inertia from loading the magazine can dislodge the slidestop from the follower notch. If you want to make the slide going forward more consistently, rounding or beveling the slide stop catch would be the way to go. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

Both of my stock 3's have regular rifling with straight walled barrels like my lim pros and elite matches. The Stock Masters appear to be Stock 3 frames with limited 4.75" cone barrel slides with some fancy milling and hard chrome plating. Basically just a Stock 2 that is .25" longer.
