Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Then the ones who operated it more effectively had a better hit factor than those who did not. Just as those who can shoot on the move might have an advantage on certain types of stages.
  2. It is the shooters responsibility to operate the props. What if it was activated by a door, and the shooter did not pull it far enough?
  3. 10.2.1. "Until the competitor establishs a presence in new shooting area with at least one foot on the ground inside the new shooting area." This line defines presence in an area is determined by one foot.
  4. Can anyone find a rule prohibiting this? So far all I have seen is pcc addendum 8.1.6., which looks like it could be ok. Remember..."may" is optional.
  5. Wrong. No penalty is in the rule book for failure to activate a moving target. 9.9.2. says that moving targets that do not comply with 9.9.1. are considered dissappearing. Therefore, 9.9.3. refers to hidden targets. Note..."This includes no shoot targets that MUST be activated when in front of scoring targets to EXPOSE them. My take on it, 1.1.5., if it can be shot without activation, then they are Not moving targets, they are static. See appendix A3. Also the fact that there is no penalty that applies to not activating a mover.
  6. Seems to be the concensus that letting the competitor fire the last shot into the berm is ok. If so...what rule allows this?
  7. Not necessarily. If the shoot targets were not TOTALLY hidden by the no shoot, 9.9.3. still does not apply.
  8. 8.3.3. "Should", see appendix A3.
  9. The scoring targets were not movers, 9.9.4. does not apply to them.
  10. 10.6.1., "failing to comply with the reasonable directions of a Match Official"
  11. 8.3.1..."must". Until this happens, range is not clear.
