  1. I saw this and thought of you...gone!

  2. Another epic shoot at Roger's Shooting School this time their intermediate/advanced pistol course in Ellijay Ga. 4 1/2 days of great fundamentals. "Shoot the process" says Mr. Lumpkin never practice course of fire and I see why. Head shots, strong hand, weak hand and freestyle and lots of it...front sight and press. Real world training for the shooter who desires to shoot fast, accurate and to be the best... 6 inch head shots that disappear in 0.5 seconds! 9 courses of fire each day after all the drills then you test. You shoot your score to test out. Tons of history at the shooting school, the lodge is rustic but has the "Operator" ambiance from past Seal, SF, Swat teams. Some Pro USPSA GM'S have visited. Best money spent to train the process, 3000 rounds later, renewed knowledge base, improved strong/weak hand shooting as well as strong/weak hand reloads and the ability to shoot a head shot in 0.5seconds at 7 yards out to 21 yards. High shooter for the week was a young energetic 18 year old who has the shooting bug! Thanks Bill Rogers and your crew for all the instruction! Semper Fi, David
  3. Nice Work Zac! I was hoping it could happen, appreciate your work on this as I am getting back in to the shooting game some. I too have a JP 9mm coming this month and am stoked. Look forward to shooting with you on the steel soon. David

  5. Once again another great match with tons of cool stages and props to work through at the monster match. Trigger time to say the least and what a blast!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all the staff who worked the event---you are very much appreciated!
  6. Nicely done and many thanks to all of the RO's who worked their ass's off!!!!!!!! Nice stages to say the least, lots of running (tons of room to move and shoot) and gunning, my kinda liking for sure. Had a great time and got a bunch of trigger time. I learned the importance of making sure all of your equipment is in order like your red dot having enough battery life and not waiting for three stages to change it out---kinda helps to see where you're going! And of course appreciating the great shooters of which you have joined by going up in class as you improve but remember they have already been in the class kicking ass and you just arrived and now you have to work hard, probably harder to improve and kick their ass! Amazing, all the different levels of skill in this sport and the display of it especially as each and every one of us advance up the ladder, working harder and harder and then to see a Grandmaster display it all--- Enough rhetoric, time to get ready for the next shoot, the monster match!
